besides, you can flag emails, tag them, and it can be done via bot. Basic customer services have external automated help to segregate emails that have priority. Your arguments about backlog might be valid if there is an incident for 24 hours, not longer. Literally what you wrote about issues proves that you completely have no idea what this is about

I found that if you reset your password, then try to log in game and it says it's gonna sent you a new auth email, you'll get that first one but only once.

They could make a thread about the issue then tell people to write an email to them and the topic has to be "email verification code" - then even basic tool in google enables you to filter the emails with this topic into 1 inbox. Arrange this inbox with high priority and make agents solve them more than others. Is it that fuckin hard?

I had a similar problem with email verification, like, forgot my password, tried 4 variations, no hit, got locked out. Then couldn't get to reset my password either, not sure why. Then, I tried to reset my account password on another computer, logged in in the game client and everything worked like a charm.

Hi! i got stutters after the patch 12.12, every 5 raids i would atleast like 5-10 times randomly. Like opening containers sometimes will stutter, or running around will stutter. It is like a game freeze/hangs for like 5 secs and like a glitched sound keeps playing mostly happens when im opening containers. I updated my nvdia drivers. i have 2x8gb ram, 1050 ti. and I have never receive any stutters before this patch. my friend is also having the same issue with his 2x8gb ram and 2080ti. Anyone knows how to solve this issue? or does anyone else have this issue?

Hello, I keep having this issue when trying to get in raid, every time in loading when I hit Awaiting session start it freezes and crashes to desktop it happens on every map, no matter what I try It doesnt work, I tried reinstalling the game and launcher, checked the integrity of my files, cleared my cache, restarted the computer and nothing worked specs if needed Intel core I5 7600 3.50gzh, 2060 GForce gtx, 16gb ram. If I could get some help Id appreciate it.

I upgraded to EOD and logged in, saw my Gamma and bigger stash, but then I got an error and it all reverted back to standard edition and closed the game. When I logged back in, it says I am EOD (Have crown by my name, got the messaged with the extra EOD loot) but my stash is still standard size and I have no gamma case. I created a ticket, but removed it because I thought I could just reset my account and cut my losses (am lvl 7) but it appears that you can't reset your account until january. Now I'm reading a bunch of posts where they say that support will just answer and tell you to reset your account, so I'm in a little bit of a limbo here. I emailed them asking for help, but I'm sure they're incredibly backed up right now.

Waiting until january to reset my own account sounds horrible, since I'll miss most of the early wipe. And waiting for support to respond might make me miss the early wipe as well, especially if they can't fix the problem without resetting my account. Any thoughts?

nah, discord mods have their own responsibilities, and he is doing great. Sadly, his job is to cover the bsg fuck up while not generating more fuckups, so he cannot tell you much. Guys i need help whenever i want to launch the launcher an errorc code comes up and i cant enter it. I checked and it seems as if there are temp files missing in my files. i uninstalled everything and reinstalled it and still dont have the missing files. My friend sent me the missing files and i still couldnt open the launcher. This happended after i had an critical launcher update which forced me to restart the launcher. hey guys, so a friend of mine is having trouble with the game. one his HDD shit the bed, but tarkov/windows was installed on his SSD. (its a razer blade pro laptop)

since then, which was also day of the wipe, when he loads into a raid, his game crashes and gives him an error.

as soon as he starts "loading loot" in raid, it crashes instantly.

i already had in uninstall tarkov, and the launcher, then reinstall both. no fix.

does anyone have any insight on what the issue might be?

i just got off the phone with yahoo tech support and they said it is not on there end. that tarkov needs to go to postmaster.verizonmedia.com and file a report to possibly fix it

Guys, after the hotfix the "dubstep" sound issue is still there with us 🙂. I bet that there is a memory leak since the initial match after you start the game is smooth. Once you finish it and keep playing the performance starts getting worse and worse. After you restart the game it's back to normal, but just for the first game :). Most likely, the sound stuttering and bad performance have the same root cause and I bet it could be reproduced on almost any machine, based on what I'm reading on Reddit, etc.
