If it is not showing up it might be blocked by your bank or there's a problem with xsolla. I'd suggest trying paypal if you can, with your card as a payment option, or contacting Xsolla to see where the problem is.

Tarkov mostly runs at 14GB, my Memory usage on task manager says 7GB or 44% right now. Also I haven't had any problems with this until now, my C: Drive is mostly full and I haven't known how to fix that ever since I bought this PC. Maybe C: Drive is what's causing problems.

So I have this issue after I attempted to move the game from my HDD drive to an SSD, after I moved all the files, I set the new file location in the launcher, I needed to obviously download some missing file from the launcher but that was normal, but the thing is on bootup now it takes me to the loading screen and then just quits itself back to the desktop. I checked the file integrity and it said it's all alright (obviously it isn't so...)

before when it was on HDD everything was fine, and idea on what the issue might be caused from?

Try deleting "local.ini" in my documents / escape from tarkov and try again

If still not try deleting shared.ini there as well. But note that shared.ini has your binds in it, so back that up. Local.ini has graphics settings.

If deleting one of those fixes it that means it was corrupted.

So BGS Launcher had public access through Windows Defender, but not private. So adding private allowed it to communicate properly.

Tarkov is weird, some solutions will work for some but not for others

ive actually had the same issue as "Apollyon", i replaced the .txt file myself, even reinstalled windows about three times now, wiped hard drives, and once i got all my issues sorted out with tarkov (for some reason the integrity checker in the launcher refused to replace the eula.txt for battleye mentioned in apollyon's image posted", and once i sorted out all of these issues , the game now crashes on "loading profile data" , and often straight up freezes my computer up on that screen, and remains open in the background regardless of if i end task in task manager (using around 3gb of ram in the background, refuses to close, until i restart my pc) , the only thing the error log says is something about "update dailies time is less than now" and a battleye message saying "bad service version" for the 1/100 time that it opened once into a server, or just "server connection lost" , then crashes again when loading into the menu. (sorry for the long text but ive trouble shooted for two weeks and messaged support a few times and all they suggest is reinstalling drivers but thats clearly no longer the issue, as ive reinstalled everything multiple times including the game and changing admin rights and game rights in the windows settings and things like that) (even changing firewall settings as support has mentioned, and dns settings, router settings, nothing about the game servers are blocked or anti cheat servers) hopefully someone here knows anything about it, nothing for this comes up on google

looking at buying a copy of the game for a friend, can anyone help with a question? If you live in NA, can you buy 'Europe copy' or do you have to buy 'other' ?

You can but the NA version and upgrade to the EU version if you can't buy the EU version outright, because of currency.

The only special thing about EU version is that if you travel to EU and to the USA and back you can launch it from anywhere.

If you have only "other" (NA) and go to Europe you can only play on East coast servers, I believe.

But if you upgraded to EU you can play on EU servers on your trip.

This is probably the third time talking about this here but I'll do it anyways cause I have no idea what else to do anymore.

Several months ago, my previous email attached to my BSG account was terminated. Which means I can't log into my BSG account with the login code sent to the email, and I can't change the email either. I have sent about 6-7 emails at this point over the last 3 months and haven't recieved a single response from [e-mail]. Does anyone have any actual advice on how I can get in contact with support.

Yes, I've used more than one email to contact them, yes I have double checked I'm sending to the right email adress, yes I have used the subject line "restoring <<Your_Login>>", and again it has been several months of waiting, emails being sent weeks apart each.

If you have problems downloading/installing the update/game :

We suggest the following workaround. It will allow you to install without using the launcher directly.

Once downloaded, please extract it where you want the game to be installed, for example : D:\Games\EFT\EscapeFromTarkov.exe

Using this method, you will have installed the game manually.

Your best bet is to tweak with PostFX and settings, I don't think that PostFX will drop your frames by 30 if done properly

Due to picture in picture double rendering, you are rendering the game twice and that causes strain on the system. I don't believe it's something you can fix.

They talked about having eye cups stop pip rendering so you only render once, to stop that problem.

Yes, extremely possible on the 2.4Ghz band. To probably fix this easily change your wifi's channel to another band higher or lower than it's at, like 2.450 or 2.455ghz

It is usually channels 1-11 on regular routers. Yeah, in the same interface that you can change the password in.

That will make the router stop working for about 30 seconds or so until it starts broadcasting again.

Most newer routers have 2.4 and 5.0 ghz bands

The channel settings for 5.0 are far more.

I usually don't use the 5ghz band at all due to range problems so you could just disable it.

But it's good for short range high speed transfers.

It's unusual for routers to cause this because manufacturers try to avoid this but you could try changing the channel. Also, all other wireless devices like hand held phones could do this too.

In a raid you lose everything on your person, except items in your container.

There's insurance that you can pay for, but that only works if nobody takes that stuff out.

I'd suggest buying the standard edition and you can always upgrade for the difference in cost, later.

And yes, when a wipe happens you start with the highest edition stuff you own.

So if you started this wipe with standard edition and upgrade to EOD, on the next wipe you will begin with EOD stuff forever.

That part of the loading cyle is internet based from what I know.

Try disabling IPV6 on the windows network adapter and try another DNS server like google's.

Otherwise there might not be much else you can do.

You could test with a VPN just one load to see if that helps, but you most likely can't play on it.

The only real difference between our rigs is I have an ASUS MB and he has an ASRock. Prior to the unity 2019 update, everything was fast and fine. Ok, so I just got inventory bug in Resort with one magazine flashing non stop, unable to discard my gun or shoot out of it after killing team of 4, had 3 Meta Mk47s, 2 slicks, 2 Exfils and Altyn, Bastion, about 10 60 round mags with best in slot ammo, full couch backpack. Unable to use meds, drinks or food. Of course stupid rock passage is going to be closed when you need it. Died of starvation.
4+ million worth of loot just to get "Tarkoved" by a stupid bug that's been going on for AGES!!!!!!!
Wanted to disconnect and reconnect to try to fix it, but as soon as I clicked on disconnect I got KIA screen. Not even a chance to try to connect again.

The problem is that the c++ programs are not installed correctly or are corrupt. The next step is to uninstall all of the c++ programs in the list in the windows list (2015,2019, etc) and try to run that installer again.

Reboot after uninstalling all of the c++ programs in the uninstall list before installing that program.

Run windows update with Start > check for updates

It should find that you need them and install them for you.

Find and delete this folder C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher\ CefCache < - delete CefCache

If that by chance doesn't fix it please reinstall the game from scratch.

Yes update those as well. That is probably the cause of you not being able to install the c++ program.

Make sure your windows 10 version is the latest as well

Can you open cmd as admin (start > type CMD and right click and run as admin) and run sfc /scannow ?

Something might be corrupted
