I have a problem almost similar to this player except that I did not keep my invoice in pdf or email, because I thought at the time that as long as it would be on my tarkov account I could send it back to me if needed except that I can't anymore.
My question is what should I do to prove that the account belongs to us? Is the transaction id enough (I had kept it in a notepad just in case) or do I need something else, I would like you to tell me anything that can help to prove this please

I don't know their exact criteria to prove you own the account. They decide that and ask for it - but providing what you can might speed things up.

My bios is up to date (latest version), I even tried the tricks like removing the firewall, the anti-virus, the firewall of the internet box... I even tried from my cellular connection and from another pc but nothing :/

I have already contacted the web support of bsg, I can access my account via the site, because it asks me to authenticate with Google authentificator! But the person I'm talking to keeps telling me that I have to check this with my mail host except that my mail host doesn't want to know anything (it's a shitty mail host...).

So how do I go about it? Open another ticket via the site, open a ticket via the mail... ? I must admit that I'm tired of running between the BSG support and the one of my host (ticket opened on October 10th)

The problem is the email provider blocking the emails. BSG can't really help much. I don't believe they like switching emails unless it's totally needed.

If you have proof your email provider won't help you, include that in a ticket to them.

I can understand that the support doesn't want to change my email while there is still "a possibility" to correct the problem except that I've been talking with the support of my email host for 3 weeks by email, live chat and I even had to call them on a premium rate number (13€ just for the call). And guess what? My mail host doesn't care, I get robot responses telling me the same thing for every ticket I open and all the people in live chat tell me they can't do anything about it...

I even sent screenshots to the support of their answer and I even made the translation to the support. But I assure you that my email host doesn't want to help me at all, so I want to change my main email. How should I do it?

I have 5 emails with different support tickets from my mail host showing that they don't want to help me, I showed the last two to support as I told you.

look in windows reliability history for any errors at those times. Also, try clearing the launcher cache first.

Yes, of course, but I only get answers that mean "we don't care" about my host. I assure you that I did everything to solve the problem, I even managed to get a postmaster link from them but the BSg support told me that it had nothing to do with it so I guess my host doesn't care and considering their reputation it doesn't surprise me.

All I ask is that they change my email, I have the google authenticator for 2 years or more, I have a secret question, a backup email also on my account. I'm willing to provide the transaction id, my paypal email/id, last digits of my credit card if needed.

This is either a problem related to memory overfilling, memory fault or graphics driver issue. It can also be a random problem that never happens again. I'd suggest seeing RAM usage during gameplay to see if it gets above 80%

currently there is no setting in the game to lower only this sound, though perhaps there are software for such purpose that overall, lower the sound of high noises when detected on the computer. I don't know much about this condition but perhaps you are not the only one looking for it, and not only for EFT

Hello guys. My pc freezes and needs a hard reset on shoreline every 5 minutes.
I turned on the RAM cleaner in the options and it got better, however it still does it sometimes.
Am I the only having these issues? I have an i7, 16gb Ram and a RTX2070.
I tried checking the file integrity, clearing the cache and updating video drivers.
Is there anything else I can do? The game is unplayable for me right now, I don't want to hard reset my pc so often.

I did receive a response today, but the problem is that it has been going on since October 10th... No answer helps me and I only receive bot like messages...

Here's my problem: I can't receive any mail from BSG anymore because according to the support my mail host accidentally considered BSG as spam (I can't even see your mails from the spam folder).

So of course it's my mail host that has to solve the problem but they categorically refuse to help me and say that the problem comes from BSG and that I have to see it with you when the problem comes from them, well you'll understand, they don't want to help me.

I have proof (screenshots) that they don't want to help me so maybe the support I talk to from the site couldn't prove that it's proof since the support mail is in French (I know you're French so I can send you the screenshots in MP if you want but I also had the translation done to the support I got in message via the site).

So I asked for a change of email for my account but they refuse me without even asking me for proof that the account belongs to me even though I have everything including the transaction... can you help me please?

Thanks for answering... it's a 9th gen i7. The ram is fine I suppose, it's HP omen laptop. And 16 GB seems a decent amount to me, compared to what other games and apps need... also if there's not enough ram they should handle it somehow, it can't just freeze the whole pc like that.

Go into your bios and make sure the XMP profile for your ram is enabled, or at least the speed is set correctly. I'd then suggest all windows updates and if still not, update bios if you are comfortable doing that.

For example, if you have 2666 mhz ram make sure the bios is set to 2666 mhz and not 2000 mhz

And if you only have 2 ram sticks, or even one, make sure they are in the correct slot for your motherboard. Not all the slots are the same.

If you have two sticks in the wrong slots (like 2 and 3 or 3 and 4 and not 1 and 3) you may encounter performance issues.

The motherboard's manual should tell you the primary slots or they are colored differently on the board.

Things you can try is rebooting your modem and/or router by power pulling for 15 seconds, disabling ipv6 on your windows network adapter (and reboot) and trying wired instead of wifi.

My friend has a gtx1070, i7-6700HQ and 16 gigs of ram. Shouldnt he be able to run the game at least on lower end?

I only have a 1050Ti, i5-8400, and 24 gigs of ram yet i can still run it with 40-70 fps depending on where i am on medium shadows and textures yet no matter the map he is getting like 20 or lower fps on low everything?
