Does anyone on EU get server not found errors or fails to connect?

I was having one very strange connection problem, while playing with my friend for past month or so. I have amazing wifi (90 mbps+ download/upload speeds, 3ms ping), plus I am playing on wired connection, pretty much all the time. And yet, while playing with a friend who is living in a neighbouring country, Europe (Ukraine to Poland), I am getting disconnected for low connection quality. I chose 5 best ping servers (under 30), I tried almost EVERYTHING possible (disabling ipv6, different dns server, disabling any sort of vpns, allowing tarkov launcher to access both public and private networks, etc).
P.S. Just now, I had a factory raid, took best gear I have, and died because of that.

That problem is not a cause of the machine, usually. It is the email provider blocking the emails. Sometimes people only get the website ones and not the ones from the launcher, or vice versa.

So whenever I finish a quest ingame, I noticed that the vendor doesn't respond to me after finishing the quest, like when I finished Wet Job Part 4, the little dialogue thing that pops up saying "The documents are intact? Good work, my friend. We will check the data for the information we need. Your reward." Did not pop up, and afterwards, trying to get my quest rewards, dragging the items to my inventory just makes it blink over and over, same with moving any item in my stash. If I describe my crashing issue, I usually get stutters in game, especially when going into a raid on reserve. Even factory is bad.

Raid starts and I do whatever
Some stutters there and now

Hey folks, Im running out of ideas. I get very low cpu/gpu usage on 1440p. No matter what settings I change. I tried all ultra, I've tried VOX settings but customs always hover between 40-60 with some dips. r5 2600, 16gb 3000mhz ram, rtx 2070.

My GPU usage seem to be at 40-50% and cpu is similar so it's not bottle neck. I tried to ramp up the settings to make the gpu work harder but the usage stays the same

Hi! i have a problem with my visibility in game, when i try all the settings from youtube videos like postfx and nvidia settings, everything looks cool for example on stream, or in youtube videos, but on my screen i see this color "fading" or "grading" into another color, i don't know how to describe it. Make sure your PC's time is correct by disabling and enabling auto sync time and set the time zone. Then check your router's time.
