After the recent update for Nvidia Reflex i have massive problem with performance. The game stutters like crazy and it doesnt stop. From what i've seen GPU usage gets halfed everytime it stuters.. I have r7 2700x 16 gb ram and rtx 2070 super. I changed a lot of settings, updated drivers, and so on.

The GPU usage is really weird in my case, because i dont think it even gets used to its full potential...

If that doesn't work try deleting "shared.ini" in the same folder, after that. The first erases graphics settings and shared.ini deletes binds. The files may be corrupted.

No, once you completely uninstalled your driver via Device Manager, you want to go to NVIDIAs website to download the driver for your GPU and it'll have a setting in that setup that you can click on to perform a clean installation.

Oh ok. The easiest solution to this problem is to go to the documents folder and go to the Escape from Tarkov folder and delete "local.ini" (it may just say "local" if you don't see file extensions) and restart the game.

If that doesn't fix it go back there and delete "shared.ini" or "shared" in that folder and try again. Try deleting local first as that has less changes to redo.

Not sure if this was resolved for you but could be several reasons. I had it happen several times: after putting my power settings in Nvidia control panel to "Performance" (Had to put it back to adaptive), and after turning on PostFX which destroyed my RAM as I've only got 16gb

Also make sure your RAM cleaner is on and "Only use physical cores" is on unless you SPECIFICALLY KNOW that your CPU is meant for hyperthreading in most cases they are not.

Okay so I have a system with the following specs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x (3,6MHz)

GPU: RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro+ (8GB VRAM)

RAM: 32GB DDR4 (3600MHz)

The game is installed on my SSD too.

According to Ookla my internet speeds are fine;

Down: 58.46Mbps

Up: 17.66Mbps

Even playing on the lowest possible settings the game runs at like 35 frames, while not unplayable it becomes a bit of a pain in the ass in intense gunfights.

I do play 2560x1080 due to monitor, but even though I haven't had it long I had very similar performance playing at 1920x1080 on my old monitor.

Am I missing some super obvious setting or is the game just that demanding because according to Can I Run . com it should be more than enough to handle the game. Hell it ran Red Dead 2 at near max settings with little to any problem so why is Tarkov being so difficult?

I do have the latest graphics driver too.

Any help would be ideal its painful to play with such lag spikes. Using numerous frame monitors that display CPU usage and RAM usage too (one at a time I don't have all these overlays on at once) it is showing that none of my components are struggling. So what's the catch?

@grim hatch hello, yeah I'm facing the quest issue now. It seems like a server side issue as if it loses connection to the game server whenever I press "complete" after finishing a quest. Even if I go to claim the rewards, items keep blinking as if there's no connection.
Of course I can't accept new quests either.
The loading (circle turning icon) is always shown on bottom right corner too all of that time.
The only thing to do is to quit and relaunch the game for it to work again.
The weird thing is that the issue started like a couple of weeks maybe not much before.
(Edit: i have a small recording showing the issue but it's just as I described).

One of the gun parts is glitched. Try moving the gun to another square or trying putting the items on it one at a time manually.

If nothing works, get rid of the gun first by selling it and get another one.

Lets go just got a glitch where i tried to put a fir flash light on my mp7 on reserve and then it just started to individually load bullets i didnt have into my gun for 30 seconds before adding the flash light after that it would let to loot any fir items or drop and fir items. Move the game files folder (where the game is installed) to another drive and make sure it's still in one folder as it was, and, in the launcher (after the previous folder is deleted), "set an existing installation" and choose that new folder that is on the new drive and it will scan it and let you play soon.

Almost every time i try to claim quest items, the items will flash and not move to my inventory. I have to restart the game every time then it works. I have waited up to 5 minutes to see if the game has to catch up but restarting is the only solution for me.

After I check integrity and repair, I can't open the game. I try running the "Install_BattlEye.bat" file in the BattlEye folder, cmd prompt appears for a split second and nothing happens

The last advise he provided me with was to reboot my router which solved the problem for a couple days but I still have the issue. It happens once or twice a day

Since you just got a new SSD this problem could be solved by changing the drive letters to what they were, with your SSD being a new letter that was not taken before it was added. This shouldn't be done with C drive and it comes with a lot of risk if you do it wrong. But this can fix the problem easily. You can change the disk letters in disk management by right clicking start > disk management

Otherwise there's other solutions such as deleting a registry key as shown here #community-support message

Okay so, After one day as my internet actually went down (provider has been good for the past few years and i had no problem whatsoever playing tarkov before)
I started having spontaneous packet loss going up to even half (50%) without being kicked.
I've been trying to test my net with some stuff i found online, like health test and such, but the best i got was a 3min test i repeated multiple times which showed 0% packet loss with exceptions of sometimes delayed packet results (ping spike to 56 from like few on a single packet)
Could anyone point me what way to go to solve this kind of issue? Any tools to properly test my internet? And is this possibly just my provider doing something weird with routing? Perhaps my NIC card?

• I play on 3 servers, France, Germany and London, recently added one more which i don't really remember. (like few days ago, way past the issue, so that's irrelevant)

It's a GPU bottleneck. You will need to use a better GPU to improve this situation. The game still needs optimizing, and there's not much more to do in your situation.

I have an issue where I cannot launch the Battleatate launcher past the login screen. When I attempt to login, I am returned an error saying a TSL/SSL secure connection could not be created. I have seen noone else discussing this error online. Anyone have possible fixes?

Make sure your windows time is correct. Undo and redo auto time syncing and make sure your time zone is correct. Restart the launcher.

And make sure your router time is correct as well.

Open CMD in windows and enter the command

See if you get all replies and no timeouts, if you see a large number of time outs or a big difference between each ping. The value that ends ms is your latency and each result should be similar. If it's going from 50 -> 200 and back to 50 then it indicates your internet signal is poor
