I've got a strange bug. I brought two guns into the raid, but one disappeared from my main gun slot. Except, the game is saying it's still there, cause I can't put any other guns into that slot, they get bumped back out instantly.

Reconnecting lets me see the problem, I think. Something happened in my stash, and now the game thinks I didn't put a stock on it, thus rendering it unable to be used, except I DID have it in my hands, so I think Tarkov just barfed.

This has something to do with DirectX. What you can do, is to open CMD as admin > sfc /scannow and let Windows look for corrupted or missing files, which will automatically get repaired if applicable. After all of that, do a reboot and see if that did the trick. If not, you can also try to completely uninstall your GPU's driver via the Device Manager, reboot your PC and download the latest driver for your GPU from NVIDIAs official website and tick the box Peform a clean installation once it shows up while following the installation steps.

If you're using Event Viewer, click on Windows Logs > System > Look for the time Tarkov crashed or click on Find on the right hand side and type in Tarkov, that should find the crashes related to it and then send a screenshot of the details or tell me the faults module name.

If you're using Reliability history, look for critical events and locate Tarkovs.exe, then double click on it to receive further information about the crash

The upgrades nowadays just have everything sent to you in the mail and your container is automatically upgraded (so move yours to stash to keep both). No need to start over anymore.

The person who invites determines the server set that is used. If the ping is too high it will disconnect you - for either party.

So if you invite someone to play with you and you're USA East, and they're AUS, the AUS guy will probably get disconnected over and over. Same thing in reverse if the AUS guy invites you.

The ping limit is somewhere between 150-200, but I'm not exactly sure.

Tarkov servers in australia are abismal right now; it is unplayable.

Loading into any raid any map leads you into a 250 ping server of which you get kicked out of straight away.

I think thats what caused it to be honest, the game was working fine, after Installing a fresh windows 10 and getting every driver i have up to date its not working anymore. I'd do a bios update if there's one available for your motherboard and then if not still, I'd try installing an older driver for your GPU (or try windows' drivers first) and then finally, take a RAM stick out and try each one to make sure they both are working fine.

I'd also try integrated graphics from your CPU if you could.

The ADS sensitivity changes dynamically based on the armor and helmet you have on, there's no way to have the sensitivity be the same all the time.

Can someone please just tell me that this has been passed on or give me a link to report it, i actually am losing my mind at the fact that the game is unplayable and money wasted on a product.

I would literally not care if someone said "oh yeah we reported it" even if you didnt. Just some closure is all im after.

This has been going on for weeks, no way to report the servers, no section for support on the website for "Server issues"

No way to contact anyone with authority, and even when i have i have been told first hand by moderators that higher ups are just ignoring the issue.

It's actually a joke. I love the game but when i spend an hour getting 600k, spending it on gear and losing hours of work in 1 minute to shitty server; the last thing I want to do is play the game.
I was considering eod; not anymore.

Send in bug reports, have your friends do it too. A bug report sends in data about servers you can connect to.

if you spam refresh the server list occasionally the ping changes from the low20-30 to 250plus

If anyone knows the fix to the error message where it says game aborted try reconnect please let me know. It prevents me from playing the game since it shows up every time I que into a raid
