Sounds like something's blocking the connection. Have you already tried to run it as admin? If so, make sure that no antivirus is interfering with any of the EFT and BattlEye files. Create an exception for them, same goes for your firewall. If it still doesn't work, see if disabling IPV6 in your adapter settings help or connecting to different server(s)

They can't help you with game bans here. If it's about an ingame ban, then you'd need to send in an appeal on BattlEye's website. If it's about your BSG account, create a ticket on the website when being logged in, or send them an email

@dusk berry That's mostly related to your drivers. Can you completely uninstall them via Device Manager, reboot, download the latest Game Ready driver via NVIDIA's website and tick the bock "perform a clean installtion" when you're about to install them.

Other than that, open CMD as admin and run the command sfc /scannow and let Windows check for corrupted or missing files. Verify the integrity of the game files via the launcher, disable your antivirus or create an exclusion for launcher and game folder, including BattlEye. Also, are you overclocking anything? If so, reset it in the BIOS. While you're at it, see if there's an update for your BIOS on your manufacturers website.

Have you overclocked any of your components? If so, reset it in your BIOS. Disable any background apps that might interfere with the game such as apps with overlays and softwares like MSI Afterburner etc. Also, try to revert to an older NVIDIA driver, restore default settings in your NVIDIA control panel and run both the launcher and game as admin. In the meanwhile, you can submit a bug report via the launcher attaching the error logs the game created

For some reason my game started stuttering BAD, like every 1 or 2 seconds bad. It happens on every map besides factory and its crippling. I have 400 hours in EFT and i have never had any sort of issue like this, it just started after the patch. I've always been able to run the game at 60+ frames no problem on ultra, updated my drivers and dropped my graphics quality to medium and no luck. Any idea what could be going on?

Have you monitored the usage via Task Manager and the temps while playing? Maybe one of the components is at max usage / temps or because of a RAM leak etc. Also, check the health of your drive(s) and make sure to have this game on an SSD or NVME if possible. Other than that, you can try to change the size of your pagefile (virtual memory). Keep in mind that this could cause issues with Windows

2. Play in Borderless and once it switches monitors when alt tabbing, press Winkey + SHIFT + left or right arrow key to change the monitor it should be on.

Sup, so I'm trying to get some help for my friend @slim notch. He bought tarkov standart edition around a week ago, and since then, we were trying to fix his game basically. He has a gaming laptop, with overall specs: 1050ti, i7-7700hq, 8 gb ram, and from stock, he had an hdd on 1 tb. So at first he downloaded the game on the hdd, and tried to do an offline customs raid, after I helped him with controls graphics settings, etc. It went ok, he killed a scav and then died. after what he tried going into an online scav raid with me and... the game was loading for 10-15+ minutes. Sometimes it stopped on "Awaiting session start", and sometimes on "loading loot". In the end evenutually he was loading in, but since it was after the end of the raid, he either crashed (sometimes all other programs open crashed (discord)), and once he actally loaded in, but from what he described: "I just loaded then my fps went to shit and I fell thru the map.". At that point we were already trying to solve the problem - at first it was updating graphics drivers, then increaseing visual ram to 8gb (typical solution for the similar issues), but since nothing had worked - we thought it was all about hdd. 2 days later, he installed an 512 m2 ssd and installed the game on it. But welp it didnt help. Although after that, it grew into a completely different issue - the only loadable map was factory, both in online and offline modes customs, interchange, woods, etc, - all crashed. We tried to solve this by reinstalling the graphics drivers completely, reinstalling the game, formating the disk and reinstalling windows, checking the visual ram again, and so on, and so forth. This is pretty much it. If nothing works, we would like to at least get his money back.
