You can try the usual troubleshooting;

1. Make sure Windows and graphic drivers are up to date
2. Completely uninstall your drivers and re-download them via the official website of your GPU manufacturer
3. Start the launcher and game both as administrator and disable fullscreen optimization
4. Increase your virtual memory, also known as pagefile.
5. Open Windows search bar and start the Reliability Monitor, look for the event where Tarkov has crashed, double click on it to see more information about the crash and send me that screenshot

If none of this works, we could try something more advanced, by letting the game create a dump file as soon as you crash, which would give us more information to why it does this. It'd mention a specific file, driver etc. that causes this. That's mostly being used for BSOD

Guys, my game runs fine in raid and all, not ideal but not unplayable, but my biggest issue is loading times. On factory I have about 5 minutes of loading, 6 or 7 on customs and interchange, but when it comes to resort or shoreline I can wait for up to 12 minutes to load in. And loading into the main menu again also takes ages. Are there any tips for how to shorten load times? Do ram cleaners help?

The best way is to install the game on a different hard drive other than the one windows is installed on and increase the paging file on that drive. don't over do it. just keep upping it until the game starts loading. whats happening most of the time is your computer is running out of memory and causing the client to crash.

You can also download the game and every update via your browser if you've the link for it.

Usually, you can fix this by running the launcher as admin and making sure no antivirus is enabled for the time being. If that doesn't work, you can find out which exact program uses said file and kill it via TM.

@tiny light Can you go into the following location and look for dump files? C:\Windows\Minidump They should've been created when the BSOD happened if it's enabled in your Windows settings. If not, I can guide you to create one, to figure out what's causing those BSOD.

Sounds like either a graphics driver issue, you reached a power limit on you PSU or there's a problem with windows.

First go to start and type create a restore point and create one

Then open start and type regedit and right click registry editor and run as admin.

Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem\LongPathsEnabled

Right click that key called "longpathsenabled" and go to modify and change the value data to 1

Then click ok and then reboot.

You should then be able to update with no problems.

Have you already tried to start the launcher as admin and disable any AV that might be present and active for the time being? You can also try a fresh install of the launcher. So completely uninstall ONLY the launcher, re-download it from your profile page, set the game's path in the launcher and see if that did the trick.

You must enable long paths in the registry, make a restore point first

First go to start and type create a restore point and create one
Then open start and type regedit and right click registry editor and run as admin.
Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem\LongPathsEnabled
Right click that key called "longpathsenabled" and go to modify and change the value data to 1
Then click ok and then reboot.
You should then be able to update with no problems.

I bought the standard edition of the game back in January 2020, and I have decided I want to upgrade to the Edge of Darkness edition. In order to do so, I have to log in to the official website, however whenever I do, I have to enter a verification code sent to my email, but it doesn't send me this email. I have done everything possible including whitelisting [e-mail], and checked all inboxes and spam but the email is just not coming through. I decided to contact [e-mail] for an answer, but its been almost a week and they have not replied. I'm literally trying to give them more money. Anyone know any ways I can either receive the email or upgrade my game without having to login to the official site?

When trying to level Vitality…if I take damage and a bleed in one raid and die, don’t heal up and immediately go into another raid , if I’m still bleeding will it count toward vitality skill?

People are saying the new Fence message gives ~1.00 scav karma now from extracting on shared extracts. Can I also get scav karma when extracting as PMC?

idk if this is the right place to ask for help, but i got my new PC and for some reason tarkov, every once in a while i get to a point where my game freezes, i can move around and hear the movement, but screen is frozen, then i crash with no error to be seen. its really annoying considering my PC specs and the times it happens, anyone have any idea what it could be?

Help, I tried to reinstall the game but the laucher made a 12gb file in the temp. After downloaded all file, I got a error at the verify the file step. Then I have to download everything again.

Also the game path was empty even the launcher said finished downloading.

Try reinstalling "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistrutable (x64)". Not repair, uninstall and reinstall from microsoft website.
