If you have 2 step verification on your eft account and you also have 2 step verification on the email you used for 2 step verification you probably have malware on your PC that you're using to check your email. Please use another PC to change all passwords for all accounts and emails used and I'd suggest a factory reset of the PC that is infected, after you back up important data to an external hard drive.

The last result on that forum post is to contact BSG to have them change your email address on your account for you, as the problem may be due to email services blocking the email.

If the problem is severe enough the only way to fix it is a profile reset. If that is so, only them tinkering in your profile can fix it. They may not do that but if they do, I'd reply any tell them everything you've done.

I'd suggest clearing the shader cache in the Amd Raedon software. Go to graphics tab > Advanced at the bottom > reset shader cache.

If that doesn't help I'd suggest lowering the resolution of the game and maybe reinstalling the driver with a clean installation or even using AMD's equivalent of nvidia's studio drivers.

An FPS cap to 120 might be wise as well. (can do this with ingame settings)

This is partially our fault but my friend and I pre-ordered EOD yesterday to play EFT together but as I moved and relocated to Australia, I am unable to play on any other servers or I am unable to play with my friend in America. I now know that is an issue related to ping/lag but if the ping limit was higher, I'd be willing to play on California at 190-200ms and my friend 100ms... We really want to play the game and it seems very promising but the point of an online game being able to play with friends and family across the world 😦 If not, what's the point... Will region "unlock" be considered or planned in the future otherwise sadly we might just ask for a refund. Although it's not like we were explicitly misled, I think it's reasonable to think and assume that we could play from anywhere with anyone regardless of their location

That was me asking if this error happens every time you run a scav raid and if you can make it purposely crash. Because if so, you could get to the bottom of this by making it purposely crash while creating a dump file for it. What a dump file does, is basically giving you info why something crashed and it'd be easier to know why it happens every time. Due to a driver, corrupted files etc. That's pretty useful for BSOD, as an example.

@next jungle If you want to play on every server, you need to buy the European version of the game, which will give you the ability to choose every server and play it. That being said and like you've mentioned it already, you'll of course experience lag spikes when playing anywhere else, that's what I'm assuming at least. The problem that comes with this, is that if you reach a certain ping level, you'll automatically start to get disconnected while playing. I think it starts at like 160ms.

@sterile harbor You can do this by editing the config.json file for the launcher, which won't exclude you from max ping rule, but it's possible to set your own ping limit.

Would you be confident enough to initiate a manual crash and send me the dump file via pm which was created? So as soon as the crash happens, you press a certain combo on your keyboard, the PC will create a dump file and then your PC will automatically reboot. By reading such a dump file, it's possible to find out what exactly happened, that's commonly used for BSOD

Yeah, I've watched some videos about it people having the same issue, as I've never had it myself. Some fixed it by upgrading Illumination, then one fixed it by moving stuff back and forth. There seems to be no generic fix for it. I assume you've already sent a bug report via the launcher for this error?

@next jungle The servers you can select will be based on your IP and closest server. So if you turn on a VPN with a EU IP, restart the launcher, you should see other servers. Same goes for US and so on.

I am severely distrusting in the support staff because i feel like absolutely nothing i say is taken seriously and i just keep getting cookie cutter responses. This is an actual real issue i feel like its flying under the radar, and even giving the support team the benefit of the doubt i believe the way they present the tickets to the DEV team is, "we got 300 tickets regarding server issues" (no context).

Countless times I queue for a raid while im on a single selected server and i get server connection lost during matching(before even loading loot), and it results in either endless reconnection attempts or i ALT-F4 and wait 15 minutes to get my kit back, leaving raid would just delete my kit. Like if it was just me thats 1 thing, but ill queue with 4 other people(with different ISP's and geographical locations in the US) and we'll all get disconnected at the same time with the same reconnecting endlessly unless we alt-F4 and leave for 15 minutes. BSG support is adamant on not doing anything relevant other than tell me cookie cutter responses, its routing issues blah blah your ISP blah blah wifi. best yet they'll just tell me the servers are stressed and thats why. But like im pretty sure that the matchmaker or even the servers failing to start should be tip top priority, like number 1 on the list. Its like they dont even know and taking everything in account for BSG i feel like this is true.

I dont want to be the guy yelling fix my issue first, but i also dont want to be the guy who just puts it off because "theres no way BSG doesnt know about it", or "how can BSG not know about this". My happy medium is to just keep yelling about it every time it happens.

Ive put it down as a Tarkov doesnt like Ryzem issue. My 3700x chokes at times even though my 1080ti on water still has like 40% headroom. Ive optimized my ram kit and everything i possibly can on my end yet the game still churns garbage. Set overal visibility to 400, I've Found the CPU bottleneck caused by setting it to 1000 instead of 400 is massive. Ive also found the difference between 1000 and higher setting negligible. So 400 is what i keep it at unless i really need to see 1000m for some reason.

So, i have been effectively locked out of my tarkov account because of the "I am human test". The things pops up, i complete the test, it redirects for a second, says it will check my browser and pops the test up again. No matter how slowly or how many times i do it, it still wont let me pass. Even got the HCaptcha cookie and that didnt work either, same problem occurred.

Have you already tried to start the launcher / game with admin rights (checked the box to start it as admin for the BE .exe file in the EFT folder). If so, then make sure no antivirus or your firewall is blocking BattlEye. To be on the safe side, set the BattlEye folder(s) as an exclusion to both of your AV and firewall. If it still doesn't work, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete all of the .exe files, then try again.

I played a scav run without issues, then I tried a PMC run on reserve. It said server disconnected and keeps booting me out. Been like 10 minutes and I can't get it to connect.

@plucky basin Clearing your cache via the launcher should do the trick.

@vivid briar There's not much you can do anymore on your end. The only other idea I'd have, is to try and use your phone's hotspot to connect to with mobile data and see if that makes a difference when going into a raid.

@simple dragon Usually, a VPN will only make your ping and everything else "worse", since you first connect to the VPNs server and then the gameserver or whatever. And depending on where that is, you'll have a much harder time to connect to it. Especially since you'll get kicked during raids when exceeding a ping of 180(?) I believe. You can try, but I doubt you'll have a better ping.

First he needs to check if he's on a dynamic IP or not. He can do so by opening CMD as admin and enter the following command: ipconfig /all and look for DHCP Enabled. If it's Yes, then he has a dynamic IP and can execute the next command. If it says No, then it's a static IP and he won't be able to change it.

Follow up command if DHCP is true: ipconfig /release, which is followed up by ipconfig /renew

@slim spruce I have small update regarding [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "\Device\ImDisk0\Temp\BEClient2.dll".
BE is blocking it's own file if the TEMP folder is placed in ramdisk (ImDisk). I moved the TEMP to HDD and the problem is gone. But this is just a workaround for me.
This problem affects my other games too (e.g. DayZ).
I've opened ticket for BattlEye and I'm waiting for their response.
