It still didn’t work I’ve tried re downloading it many times this didn’t do anything and kept sending me this message. I even tried going on different sites and on the tarkov website there’s a whole forum page of people with the same problem and there was no official response.

To continue with my previous problem, I have tried several different things and nothing works.

I have tried making a different account and verifying it. I have tried VPNing somewhere outside my network and verifying it.

Everything leads to this 403 Forbidden error. I don't know if maybe there is a back-end webserver problem or if maybe I'm shadowbanned for trying to verify... but this is kind of frustrating and a bad impression on a first time buyer.

I just reinstalled the game on a fresh copy of Windows and I am having trouble with the DEAL buttons no longer in the Traders for me to buy ANYTHING. The game is acting as if its ran for the firs time. All my tasks have NEW on them and the hideout message popped up when I went into it, but everything is there that I had in my stash and hideout. Dont worry about the "New" tag on the Quests and the message from the Hideout, they're saved in the System registry and since you reinstalled windows it just shows it to you again

With a beta game if you see a Bug or problem you report it, this helps the developers, when they develop the game they catch some bug/ general problems but we as a huge community will help them find alot of other bugs previously unknown for the devs.

to anybody with performance issues after the patch, heres what i did and it seems to be fixed (i did all of it, didnt test inbetween, so no clue what fixed it)

  • rolled back my grafix driver to the WHQL release from the optional build i installed while tarkov was down
    EDIT: AMD Radeon, now im on version 21.3.1, clean install (uninstalled other version via the installer)
  • windows updates (one security update and one optional pre- big patch whatever)
  • cleared my tarkov cache --> let Tarkov validate all the game files via the launcher --> moved the game to a different SSD --> Game validated files again

im not back to the 100+ fps at all times, but im sitting in the high 80s which is good enough to at least play

About a week ago I've got a green key card from a Scav Case (85k), very excited I started looking for the best way to sell it as the fee on flea market was crazy.. I checked green card > required and noticed someone has a barter up asking for green keycard in exchange for 99 tetris (at least that's what my big brain thought). I've done the barter and it turned out I wasn't paying attention and got myself scammed... exchanged green keycard for one tetris...

I tried adding the guy but was being ignored for about a week. The other day he added me and I went full on "playing sad" trying to get my card back. Here is where it gets weird, he says if I'm interested in making $ in the game and that he has ways to get items and money, also mentioned he's using a translation software to understand what I'm saying and asked me for my age and country.

I said I wasn't interested but continued with my sob story of how much I would like to get my keycard back.

After a while I think he translated what I said and asked me to come to Shoreline day time lobby, I invited him and loaded into a game, he dropped a rig and gave me my keycard back (which I do appreciate).

BE CAREFUL WITH BARTERS, don't be as dumb as me like me

I have all the receipts (chat logs, screenshots), what is the best way for me to report someone like this and to protect myself for suspected RMT?

Huh, then check that you downloaded the file in the correct spot and that you have enough disc space. Also make sure anything using bandwidth is turned off while it is downloading.

If you are having issues downloading the recent update or launching the game please try the following (NOTE: none of these are official fixes and may not work, they are my own suggestions and fixes I have seen work):
1: Stop the update -> Clear cache -> Restart update (You can clear your cache by clicking on your profile in the top right of the launcher)
2: Stop the update -> Restart launcher -> Start update again

Ok so i am from Malta and for the past 3 weeks i have been getting constant disconnects and server lag to the point where the game is literally unplayable. I disconnect all devices that use wifi to check if its that. Ive speed tested my wifi and got back good results, ive changed servers to lowest ping and nothing has worked. I wait 7 mins for a single game, just to get disconnected instantly. Now i understand some of this is due to me having a harddrive and not SSD but this is infuriating. i have lost so much gear and this issue has been prominent since launch, because i have seen reddit forums mentioning this issue back in 2017. This just isnt good enough for a game thats been out nearly 4 years. ive given up on this game completely. i cant play with anyone else at all and i can barely play alone. I love this game, i really do and i dont want to shit on it,but holy shit this is too much. BSG you need to fix your servers before releasing any new content because you are going to lose a lot of players before street of tarkov even releases.

I have a Ryzen 7 3800X / Rog Strix 2070 Super / Intel m.2 SSD / 16 gb 3000 Mhz and I cant get 60fps in Customs.
In Woods my fps drops to 33 when looking at a wall in ZB-014 and outside I get 54fps while looking to on side of the map, but if I turn a little bit to the left It goes to 100 fps... but most of the time I get 40 - 50 fps on every map.

I once managed to talk to a cheater and he explained that even if he gets banned he still makes profit and that the game's anticheat is not that bad. Basically all he does is get your items and just get high value items then sell them for actual money or just carry people for money. Really the lowest of them all but it's tarkov so you can expect everything

So I just came across this in a raid right now. Was opening a door (f) but I also accidentally pressed (g) at the same time and it threw a grenade while I was opening a door. Immediately ran so I wouldn't get hurt but found myself stuck on the animation for opening the door. Tried to pull my knife out, change guns, could not do anything. Forced close the game and upon rebooting, discovered I was just floating in the air and could not do anything. I am happy to also report this as on the bug report section on the forums and share any footage I took during this incident.

the thing i dont get is nikita wants to bring out all these things new maps, mode etc yet hasnt fixed the optimization now why release a game even in beta if u arent adressing the most important part to be able to play the game

I gotta give credit for bsg though for a game that looks this good, the file size for this game is only 40+gb and new updates are like 500mb and below, guess they focused all their gfx optimization efforts on optimizing the file size instead 😂

i can only use flea if i try the dealers it says that i do not have the requierments for the trade for example the amo cost 800 rubles it says that i do not have the moeny although i have 27m

i start the raid at 120 fps and about 2 minutes deep into the raid my fps will be capped to 60-70
