@steep brook you would have to know what the issue with the servers currently is. There's very little they could do if they're currently being DDoS'd, for example. Those sorts of issues are totally unexpected and take time to resolve. Remember when the PlayStation network was DDoS'd, and ultimately hacked. It was unexpected and for all the huge amounts of money that Sony threw at their servers, it still caught them off guard and took ages to resolve back then.

Then explore a bit as scav or in offline mode if you're afraid to die. Then prepare yourself for non stop frustration from being rekt by just about everything in game.

If anyone else is having an issue launching the game and receives the error "Backend error: Unknown Error" try opening file explorer, navigate to "C:\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher" and run "BsgLauncher.exe" from there. Somehow after updating to 0.12.9.10988 my desktop shortcut got hosed and has been trying to bypass the launcher and failing. Hope this helps!

Meanwhile, I would recommend you uninstalling the launcher and the game completely, and dont reinstall right away

maybe leave it for a day or two and make sure you restart the computer before you proceed. I'll try to find a list of things you have to check aka .net framework smth to reinstall as well but

Pattern is exit a raid, go to sell to therapist, while selling, click on filter by item to check the price on any med item, flea comes up, then the mouse starts to slow down. Hey lads i did a experiment, i went to labs 4 times and just hid the times my game was running slow - (witch is a new thing to me) so i hid to check every thing on my end internet and so forth. think about that for a sec...4 man on woods and shoreline is open season invitation for solo players. Typically you have trouble tracking one but 4 gives you an easy kill maybe two if you're quick. Too open for large squad....if things get really shitty 5 man factory and loot until you are good to go again
