I'm trying to get back into tarkov and its been over a year since i played i tried to reset my password via sending a reset password to my email but it says it cant be found. my tarkov account has been missing since yesterday. i bought this game 2 years ago with 0 problems but yesterday when i tried playing tarkov i was logged out of my Client. I log back in and my Client says Buy game instead of start game. First i bought the basic edition and upgraded it to EOD edition a year ago. i was able to play this game for atleast 4 days until tarkov decided to take my game away.(currently level 21) i also created a support request and havnt got a respond back.

if i swap to windowed mode on the smallest window I can make it not crash. Going into my hideout is fine, clicking on something like "heating upgrade complete" kills my GPU driver and it won't recover lol

That is really weird, you could try using the EVGA Precision program to see if that gives you any hints about whats going on.

@hardy scroll might not be helpful. but you might try perhaps logging out of your account on the launcher. using an external harddrive and copying the game files to it. then transfering them to your friends PC and using the launchers "Navigate to an existing installation" function to locate the files. then allowing the launcher to verify the files and do any repairs with its inbuilt repair function. i'm not sure if it will work but theres a good chance it might. Good luck!

I'd also add it might be worth just checking with somebody from BSG (Moderator or somebody) that doing this will be of no trouble from a rules stand point. just to be safe. @hardy scroll

If he launches from battlestate launcher the window is going to be in task bar but he couldn't get into the window from the task bar, it wont do anything but if he holds the mouse on the window icon it will show that tarkov is running

I am surprised by one thing: The support-guy who is "trying" to help me is not aware of the problem at all. I had to tell him by screenshots and some forum links. But I am not sure if this Sir or Madam is really interested in the subject. It is a bit disappointing. I've been talking to him/her for days but I've been struggling with any progress since then as even some of my most important questions are being ignored. Being that guy who responds is, in this case especially, pretty darn convoluted mess where people scream, often in great anger, about stuff that they just forward to coders.

"THAT GUY SHOT ME / THIS DID'T WORK FIX IT!11!11!!!!!" does not contain anything usefull and the person you're speaking to often can't specify what is needed for the fix team to figure out what is happening.

Thus, they need to ask you to send everything, assure that your PC had power on when you played the game etc etc etc.
It sounds awfull, is annoying but is vital part of the process.

For some reason tarkov wants to run on my second display.
That is 700 miles from my pc, unplugged.
It just opens into that "ghost screen" that is not supposed to be even possible.

Has anyone else noticed that when you adjust the FOV -slider in the game, the actual view does not change.
You don't get any more stuff or any less stuff on your sceen, it just pushes your weapon further away from the screen or pulls it closer without adjusting Field Of View.

I'd google the key combination/some way to bring whatever active window into another screen. There was some workdesk thing in win 10 where you could toss different programs in different places where they run but you cant see them.

He (the guy who plays with me literally two meters behind my back in this room) performed a clean installation of his graphics card drivers.

New update form NVidia had fakkerededed something up and that fixed it.
New, clean installation, no old profiles or any remnants.

Thew biggest problem in my opinion is that they stopped doing manual verifications right when reports of this problem swarmed in. I was told "we used to manually do verification for people with this problem but its just too much work now" Just shows that they are lazy

Wir können nur warten, sonst nichts. Ich habe den technischen Support bei GMX ja angerufen vor ein paar Stunden. Die sagten mir, dass sich BSG bei denen melden muss, da nur der Inhaber der Domain den rebound bekommt und Support für das Problem erhalten kann.

also es ist nicht peinlich, einfach traurig trifft es eher... man bezahlt für ein Spiel was man nicht spielen kann und der Fehler laut gmx nicht an gmx liegt sondern an dem "Absender" der Mail, da keine Mail gesendet wird... Ich denke der Server filtert die Mails von Gmx usw. und sendet nichts raus

Das Ding ist, dass zwei der Mail-Server von BSG auf einer 3rd Party Blacklist sind und damit schon vorgefiltert werden bevor die bei GMX überhaupt ankommen.

Hello, I'm still having the issue of not receiving the verification email. I do receive every other email tho.
I opened 2 tickets and wrote an email to the support and within 7 days i got answer from anyone.
I opened another ticket and wrote another email wanting to change my email, since it is possible that my GMX mail is causing the problem.
It's been 4 days since that without any answer. It's very frustrating being ignored like that since the support here on Discord told me the average wait time for a response are 1-2 days.
Maybe someone can help me resolve this issue. I honestly don't have much patients left since all "help" I'm receiving is that the problem is on my side that i can not receive emails.
I understand that my mail provider seems to be the problem then at least let me fix it by changing my mail to something like Gmail or Office so I can finally play this game I've payed a good amount of money for.

To change off 2FA you need access to 2FA on Steam, implementing Mail auth to Google auth would not solve the problem as they'd need auth from mail for security reasons

I do get confrmation emails, but after my purchase yesterday i didn't get a receipt from xsolla nor any license from bsg, got no receipt number, and the cash is gone as well, am empty handed except for outgoing transaction info to xsolla. No transaction history on bsg web either. 😐

So since I now can not get any emails I can not get the email for a change of my email adress.
As always non of my tickets are being answered for 7 days and counting.

Been having issues with in-game audio. It's either glitching in weird tones and pitches, or just completely non-existant, both in stash and in-game. Tried restarting and validation files, also sent in a bug report. Anyone know how I might resolve this?

We are aware of the issues currently affecting some of our players who cannot get confirmation codes from their launcher, due to e-mails not being received by certain e-mail providers. We are currently investigating what is causing the issue and are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We are still in the process of trying to understand the problem. As a work around you can contact our support to get your e-mail address changed (to e. g. gmail) as a temporary solution. But please understand that due to the patch, the wipe and drops waiting times at the support are longer than usual.

my tarkov account has been missing since yesterday. i bought this game 2 years ago with 0 problems but yesterday when i tried playing tarkov i was logged out of my Client. I log back in and my Client says Buy game instead of start game. @sinful ginkgo tarkov devs are dealing with some server and technical issues atm, i'm not saying that the verification code is manually sent but the current issues might be eating up the majority of BSG's resources. have him wait like an hour or two maybe and have him send a support ticket to get that fixed

Bridge Extract on Woods is bugged for me, I paid the car 3k rubles, it counts down from 60 just fine, however then nothing happens, further more, you're then stuck mid transferring money and unable to preform basic actions such healing, eating etc.

I thought I might've left the area of the car, so I got closer, only to get shot by the out of bound sniper, started bleeding, and was unable to patch myself up, I had to crash my game and to reconnect in order to use a medkit, the extract was still bugged after re logging, I ended up extracting on outskirts...

I fell asleep in a queue with my friends once because it was over 40 minutes, it's all based on how many people are waiting in scav queue, how many PMCs are running reserve, population in your servers, etc.

unfortunately I got this game 2 years ago, never had an issue but it seems now that the game developer team cares more about running tarkov events to increase sales rather than fixing something many people are having problems with.

with ssd you will load 2-3 min faster and your game wont stutter

and have a minimum of 16 gb ram. my game is using 15-15.5 sometimes. i had 8 gb and added another 8. game loading went down by around 2 min. with ssd thats 4-5 on bigger maps. now im at around 1:30 min for loading. only thing that sucks is "waiting for players" because some people still need 5+ min to load
