whenever I enter into voice chat of any kind my PC automatically switches audio type which lowers every sound. I changed the windows settings that does it but It kept happening. I figured that it is due to dolby audio, it changes the MOD. To make you understand well, i am not hearing steps that my friends can clearly hear. Is there an any solution to this or did you have similar problem to this. Also even I changed audio mod to GAMING on dolby, there is still loss of sound in the game.

If you cannot set the path, I mean if that option isn't available for you. Delete ONLY BSG LAUNCHER then download a new one then set a path to the existing EFT file. Good luck !

i am having 3 issues since the new update and was hoping i could get some help. 1- after a raid i keep clicking next, yet it wont let me leave the "raid ended" section. 2- if i have about 5 or so minutes of inactivity in my stash and then i try to go to flea market, the game wont pull anything up. 3- i cant be invited by friends to raid unless i exit the game and restart before every raid. i have reinstalled the game twice and i am still having these issues.

Hey there. I had technical question regarding EFT's CPU usage. The game runs alright on my system (usually get between 60-80 fps overall) but I noticed that it has been taxing my CPU quite a bit, to the point that setting my CPU fan settings to run at max isnt enough to keep the temp below 70C.

The bank should be able to reclaim the money if the purchase did not go through. You buy the game through EFT just through a gateway of payment, i would recommend creating a support ticket on the website and show proof of the money being taken. Otherwise I would assume there is not much they can do 🙂

They respond to all support tickets, however small in nature, and I can verify that from experience. Your bank can reverse payments, so if they won't do it there is a good reason, escalate it with your bank. The corporation isn't "broken" and these guys for one aren't battlestate support. Create a ticket ON the website. We aren't covering for anyone. This isn't a common issue. However, calling BSG "Clowns" and calling it a "broken corporation" probably won't help your case. Hope this helps 🙂
