When I install tarkov the only thing that gets installed is an 11gb tmp file called (live)EftClientDistr.0.12.7.8812.distr.tmp into C:\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher\Temp, and nothing gets into my game directory EFT (live)
As soon as it reaches 11340/11340mb in the launcher the installation restarts
I have tried to reinstall the game and launcher like 15 times and I've tried different directories and hard drives, can anyone please help me?

Used to play this game. However, I live in Asia and most people playing are in EU or US. Whenever I join a game, I get kicked for connection quality, and lose all of my gear. This is really annoying.
I've tried using game VPNs, game accelerators, etc. None can get my ping down. It didn't use to be this way, as my ping is like 180.
Any way to bypass getting kicked and losing all my gear? The game simply should tell us that we can't play rather than kick us and make us lose everything.

@strange pollen Use a VPN if you want to immediately solve this issue. Apart from that, you would need to find out why your IP is blacklisted. Getting a VPN is the best and most helpful option.

im gonna help all of u that have 8-16 GB of Ram an SSD and still load in Slow.
This is mostlikely caused by the Fact that u have a HDD in ur PC dont u worry we can fix this.
Windows has a function wich elocates stuff that uses alot of Space out of ur Ram its called a Paging File.
Windows has a high tendence of setting that to ur HDD, https://gyazo.com/20d982032c642dd7fd3d6e3e0044af19 the lowest Option.
U can check ur HDD and SSD in ur Taskmanager if its enabled in ur HDD u have to go to Advanced System Settings, than Advanced, Settings, advanced again and change.
a Good Number is Start 1909 and Max. 17408. now safe this Restart ur PC and enjoy loading Reserve.

@strong hedge I know they added that a while back but when they added it they forgot to add a hotkey. Unless they have since changed it, the only way to turn a flashlight on for the helmet is stick it on a gun and turn it on with the gun first.

@grave sage Sorry I worded that wrong, what I meant to say is that these random changes will continue for some time.
To put it in perspective, they are currently moving the game from one major version of Unity to the other. What we've seen suggested so far is that when you start to experience these issues, move your server selection around and try again, they'll be working on clusters sporadically until they are confident any major underlying issues are resolved.
The good thing is, when thius is complete we should be seeing fantastic server performance at last. The down side is it can take an unknown length of time t oget there

Anything on Scav is going to be FIR (Providing the AI/PScav didn't loot a PMC) as that has spawned in the world itself. Where as anything a PMC brings in wasn't spawned in but travelled to the world, this can be especially vexxing if you forget to remove something from your pouch that you need FiR

If you reset it while your game was running, you might have to restart the game (close the game and then relaunch it). If that's not the case, go to the game tab, go to character - gear and click print screen
in the bottom right of your screen you should see a pop up of the directory the screenshots are stored

@bold tulip if you move the launcher to it's original location, it will work again. the game can stay on SSD, not a problem. will have to completely uninstall launcher and install in the new location if you want to move it

Someone above mentioned restarting launcher helped, but they'll probably end up sending out another update patch to resolve the recent one soon. (probably, this is a guess).

Downloading from the launcher is resulting in high packet loss (guess) to the servers which is resulting in mass problems to everyone downloading.

Offline mode doesn't give you XP, it shows you get XP but it doesn't actually transfer it just get discarded

Stash data is stored on BSG servers so it can't get manipulated. Currently issues BSG is trying to resolve from the recent patch

yea like i have my game up, i can see my mouse and all, but when i try to move it to another monitor its locked to the game
im used to borderless allowing me to move my mouse around like that
i can alt tab and then my mouse is unlocked and the game stays up but i was just curious

Resetting the game fixes the issue for me but I'm not sure of a resolution if it's a permanent issue that doesn't resolve after a reset

restarting the launcher gets it download about 100kb more, then stops
