@vivid briar I don't think anything like that has ever been mentioned by the devs. The closest thing I can think of right now and is kind of related to what you are asking for, that has actually been confirmed, is a scav limit and player scavs can only join if there is enough room.
It should be possible to figure that out ourselves though, but I am sure some things required to do that is against the ToS.
I don't have the source for the scav limit thing ready, but it has been confirmed by Nikita Buyanov, the CEO of Battlestate Games, in a podcast/devtalk (iirc sometime in the second half of 2018).
I also don't think any of the moderators or community representatives can or will give you a clear answer to that, sadly.

It's the profile in the %appdata%. Delete the battlestate folder. When you boot the game it'll create a new one and that error will be gone.
And it's just a launcher error. Which is why it's linked to the appdata.

the battle eye update made my game unplayable, it the menus it lags super hard when you try and move around or click buttons, sitting doing nothing is fine, but if you try and scroll the stash then it lags, dropping my GPU usage for the game to 0%

That sounds like an issue with your os then. If you don't want to reinstall or try on a fresh install you can try to repair broken parts of windows using SFC /SCANNOW in a command prompt

Well, BattlEye has an issue with your OS. Something that worked for someone else is starting the game and close it as soon as it finished loading (when it shows "profile data loading...") and open it again as soon as possible
