I'm having a weird issue, fresh windows11 install and tarkov, updated drivers. My game fully freezes for like 10 second sometimes, I haven't had the issue yet, but happened twice at custom dorms today

i was gifted tarkov + pve mode on steam, but whenever i try to switch to pve mode at the main menu it tells me to go buy it, it shows as purchased on steam, in the steam client, on the tarkov website - the client for some reason doesn't recognize that it's installed or purchased

things i've done:

1. installed and did tutorial, couldn't switch to pve from the main menu
2. reinstalled game, verified dlc is marked as installed in steam
3. reset my profile from tarkov website
4. played through the tutorial again after reset still not able to switch

It's known issue of recent days. I have a friend who has had Tarkov for years but only recently bought PvE mode a few days ago. It took payment and it says on his profile on Tarkov website that he has PvE. But has the same problem as you. In-game when he tries to switch over to PvE, it says he needs to buy.

Many people are having issues with this at the moment. The only thing you can do right now is to raise a ticket on their site

32gb sometimes can run without pagefile but it all just depends, everyone's systems are different

Why is the download speed for the game so slow ? I can download games on steam at 25MB/s but when i try downloading Tarkov from the BSG launcher it stays between 2-6MB/s. Also pausing the download then resuming it just resets it to 0%.

no crash, I don't remember the error message but i just clicked ok, then on my loot transfer screen I was given an entirely new, stock Scav, then I couldn't even transfer some of the new scavs freebies over, so had to skip without taking anything or selling all
