Hi everyone, I need some help. I'm having trouble logging in to the launcher and the Tarkov platform. I'm entering my email and password correctly. It takes me to the page where I'm supposed to enter the code sent to my email, but I never receive the email. Does anyone know if there's a problem with the servers or something? (I’ve already checked my email’s spam folder.) I also have the account on my other PC, and it’s working fine because I’m playing Arena. So my account is still online; I just aren’t receiving emails from Battlestate.

I've just upgraded my pc and set it up, trying to install Tarkov but the site wants me to pay for a UK region but I bought it in the US and I am in the US. System location is on and shows me in the US, not sure why I can't get it to detect me being in the US and download the game

Hello, i'm kinda stuck too, i cannot receive any 2FA emails, not receiving newsletters since 2024 and it has been a pain in the ass to recover my account, i am on GMAIL, tried to whitelist the address, tried different methods on different devices.
I have access to the Escape From Tarkov forums and there i can access my account, i even setup Google Auth, but still cannot access either the website nor the launcher, i literally installed EFT this june so i couldn't have noticed before now since i didnt need to authenticate myself..

My Tarkov keeps constantly crashing towards the end of the second raid I head into after launching the game. I had this issue a few weeks into the launch of 1.0 and got tired of it and unistalled. sounds like your game is just running slow, it could be a few things. Make sure your ram isn't running above 90% capacity, make sure your game is downloaded on an SSD with a bit of space left ~30gb should be fine, check if you're downloading something, you can go in task manager and sort by network, anything using your network is likely updating or downloading something. I've been having this problem for a few months now where my game has this stutter-y effect even with high FPS, only stops when I ALT+F4, clear cache & reconnect which takes 5-6 minutes which is mad annoying. Sometimes I don't have to clear cache but it usually helps I believe? I play PVE with friends so reconnecting really isn't a big deal, but doing so only fixes it for that raid and maybe 1-3 after. I've set my settings to low, tried the NVIDIA settings balancer or whatever, new drivers, reinstalled the game fresh, all kinds of jazz. It's been a while so I can't remember about when it started, but I did enable that AI frames thing which was pretty smoooth feeling for a bit before this, not sure

I need help with a tarkov specific issue it happened randomly one day but the game drops to 0 fps as soon as I press the trigger to fire my gun and it happens in both regular tarkov and tarkov arena but no other games and no other performance was affected

I play PVE with a i7 13700kf (its not dying and well cooled) and an rx 9070xt with 32gb or ddr5 (6000mhz cl30) the game runs on a samsung pcie 4 ssd.

It massively reduces vram usage but this comes with a lot of strain on the client and your drive, it’s a double edged sword because it will crash most peoples game when leaving a raid and also give you absolutely disgusting and blurry textures

If your GPU has more than like 2GB vram it’s an utterly useless setting and will only be bad
