I claimed them on twitch and they never showed up in messages in PVE side and on PVP side I had the message but could get them. I unlinked my account and relinked it on the EFT website and they all showed up for my to collect. THIS worked for me but who knows.

Well, to be fair, it is a self-imposed exile of playing due to the nature of the problem.

My tour task is bugged and it didn't unlock reserve. The reserve portion isn't even showing in the history of the task. I am making myself not play in case they just tell me to reset my account. No point in playing if I end up having to reset.

Been playing for over 100 hours without realizing it bugged out. Just figured one of the other non-tour tasks unlocked it later at some point. Then recently looked into it more and found out it was earlier on in Tour and it just never gave me the unlock.

The update screwed my game. I load in everything is well, but I disconnect from Scavs and Pmcs a minute into raid, my scav usually faster. I have DNS flushed, reset network configurations, reinstalled battleeye, and many other things. doing game reinstallation now

What i did was:
-uninstall the game through steam, delete all traces of battlestate and battleye folders and contents on my appdata folder and such (both roaming and appdata local)
-install the bsg launcher through the website
-install the game through steam

Ive seen that apparently firewall/antivirus could be messing with that error 0 thing, but it wasnt the case for me

if you have a battlestate account and you know for sure thats the one you bought tarkov on then it should be linked to eachother and you should be able to get arena on the same account, although i wouldnt buy arena outright and recommend saving the money to get unheard so you get it for free + all the other unheard perks, especially since they nerfed arena xp gain so its only real use is to buy op stuff from ref now that levels from arena is just impossible

one of Ref's quests gives you a 3 day trial of arena upon completing the task aswell, so if you think you can grind out the arena side of the taskline (to great heights part 1-5 and against the conscience part 2) you should do that instead

Had that issue earlier today. im not sure if this is the best way to fix, but what i did was:
-log in to website through steam, it will ask for a validation of a new account
-validate the new fresh account
-once validated, unlink steam from it
-link it to the main account instead

My friend then told me try downloading it through BSG launcher instead of steam so i did and it said Game launch error ERROR: 103003 This game was purchased on another platform. Please start the launcher through the platform where the purchase was made. So i went back to the steam version and I got the same json error code as before. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it 2 times on the bsg launcher and now 3 times on the steam launcher. I have unlinked my account through BSG website between steam and BSG and tried launching both, but I am still i nthe same situation I am in from this morning where I can still not get into Tarkov. Does anybody know of any possible fixes to this? I dont know what the wait times look like for the BSG ticket support lines
