You need to upgrade to AM5 and DDR5 memory if you want a better experience at that point, you could try using DLSS and Smooth Motion to squeeze a bit more

But buying more RAM will benefit you in no way at all

I don't know how it works exactly through steam. But if it's like through the website, then yes you can buy the cheap version and upgrade later. If you're only interested in PVE i would suggest you buy the cheapest package and then buy the pve package seperately. I assume it's on steam somwhere as a dlc or something?

Just do your tasks. If you're new, have the map open on your second monitor and do the task to unlock the compass asap so you can figure out where you are and where the extracts are. That's how i learned it myself at the start. Look up on the wiki how to unlock it. It's a pretty early task.

Quick question, My buddy and I mainly play PVE together and we've been trying to get to labyrinth and we cant figure out how to, we're pretty sure we have done most of the quests for it (that we know of)

to acccess it you will need a Knossos LLC facility key (10 uses) to open the door, then you need to go in the facility transit within it, everyone will need a labrinth card (1 time use) there is a story thing attached, when you walk up to the door underneath shorelines health resort next to the pool that uses the konoss key you should get the labrinth mission, you will have to talk to jaeger who you can ask about the keys. he should give you 2 of them and for more you can trade moonshine and 2 sausage for more

make sure to be ready, its the hardest area in the game you might need ||lvl6 Plate piercing ammo for the boss or very good flesh ammo, also bringing in a poison antidote is a good idea||

The two aren’t fully “synced”, it just sends progression over to the other game, sometimes that doesn’t get properly transferred due to issues out of our control, nothing can be done about it

First thing I’d check is that you aren’t using Auto server selection in the launcher, sometimes it likes to reset itself and that can put you in a server you can’t ever connect to

i recommend you just keep reconnecting, and after the instance timer runs out, you will get notified that the match completed or aborted, after that you will have all your items equipped on yourself. At least that's how it worked out for me

its not giving you more native frames, it is just "smoothing out the motion" so usuaully some form of frame gen like if your hand is up in one frame and down in another, it might mix the frames and add a third frame in the middle. unline dlss framegen that uses actual AI, a lot of smooth motion is pretty much a full on pixel mash

DLSS and FSR (not 100% sure on FSR) can cause blurry scopes

DLSS quality on setting K is pretty clear, but scopes not so much. Also, DLSS is causing a lot of weird tree flickering this wipe

i have a 4070ti and 14700k overclocked so I can handle TAA High and have good frames at 1440p, but I would love if they fixed DLSS because the new DLSS models are amazing and look great everywhere else

ill check, but yeah, I run native 1440p with TAA High, Ansiotropic Filtering: on, textures High, shadows medium, LOD 3 and 1500, high quality colors, HBAO high perf, SSR High, etc. the gpu and cpu can handle that. I get better frames with DLSS but the tree flickering and blurry scopes gave me too many problems

4x resample is nuts but that must be fun. id honestly turn that off and just use DLSS Super Resolution instead, but DLSS issues might still occur, not sure if you would run into that or not.

You have a good amount of VRam so you should be able to handle the crazy texture sizes with that

I am having a problem where the level in Arena is not transfering to ETF. It appears the skills are but the main level is now incorrect. I am lvl20 in arena but only level 19 in ETF.
I cleared the cache and validated the files on both Arena and ETF. I then played a raid as a scav and pmc in ETF and completed some tasks and what not but didn't get to level 20 in ETF. I then went over to Arena and planed some teamfight for a few rounds.
I went back to ETF and still nothing level wise transfered.

Any help pointing me at a fix or wiki or forum would be apricated.

I went through almost a full wipe where it did work and I nearly maxed out stats from arena alone. I gained many xp levels too. I was almost lvl 40+ from just arena.

I have not run into this issue yet until recently where it is not transfering.

I know there was a desync issue early on this wipe, but it was still transfering xp and skill points until it just wasnt.

I saw skill level discrepencies early wipe, but I think that was because of the unheard skill point bonus in PvP vs Arena. But then it just stopped transferring skill points all together.

After that i could not longer log in to the website because i did not receive the code to my email. Now i cant even try to log in, when i go to ,,change password'' it says that there is no account with this email address. So i guess someone gained access to my account and changed everything. I have sent a email to BSG Support for ,,account recovery'', but i still have no answer from them. Has anyone had any experience with something similar? Was the BSG Support able to fix the problem?

When this happens this means your email and tarkov account passwords were leaked in online databases with shared passwords and they took your account.

add 2 step verification to your email they probably have email forwarding enabled on it to get all emails sent to it too.

you keep your stash after the fact, it just resets to the point before terminal. if you're on pve you can reset your account to play another route or in pvp you can prestige or reset to do another route.
