I can’t install either EFT or Arena.
I downloaded BsgLauncher (14.7.0.4182) from the official website and tried to install Tarkov. However, when I click the INSTALL button in the launcher, nothing happens.

After selecting the install directory (I kept the default settings), the launcher doesn't show any error messages or progress. It simply does nothing.
I also executed the launcher as an administrator, but the issue remains the same.

I tried reinstalling the launcher today and attempted again, but the same issue occurs.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? (I already emailed official support three days ago, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.)

If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.

The routing issues are common in OCE especially in NZ/AUS, that may be causing this.

I'm sure in their regional server you can talk about it and they may recommend a VPN to combat this.

Anyone else experienced massive memory usage with this game since 1.0? I've been having freezes and where everything freezes, other programs crash, tarkov sometimes crashes. I created myself a little monitoring software to monitor everything and found that at the moment of this freeze Tarkov used 82GB of memory (50GB from RAM, 30GB from pagefile)...

My system has 64GB high performance ram, with low latency, 100GB of Pagefile on my main NVME (Gen 5), as well as system managed pagefile size on my second NVME (Gen 4), both being SN850X NVMe drives (8TB and 2TB)

These issues did not exist pre-1.0

I had the same issue with no access to the Mini Monster but made it work with Hybrid 46 suppressor and Peacekeeper 3. For that I used the standard build from the wiki with a few modifications: I used an AFG M-Lok foregrip, the GL Shock buttstock from the WD-40 barter, an MIAD pistol grip, and the RGBlock gas block. That works with both the PMAG and SureFire 60 round magazines.
