Been trouble shooting an FPS lock of 60 when in borderless windowed mode with nvidia smooth motion on. This only happens when smooth motioin is enabled. If I go full screen with smooth motion on the fps goes above, usually 100-120 before the framegen.

Twice now, the issue has been a program publisher "Reason Cyber Security" If for whatever reason you can't access Windows+R and type windowsdefender://exclusions or access your windows security. Go to control panel in windows by using the search bar and click uninstall a program, find any app with the publisher name "Reason Cyber Security" and remove it.

The flea market isn't bugged, they changed the level requirements to sell certain items, you do not meet those level requirements, so you must either sell the items to traders and suck it up or buy containers to make more room

Ive excluded eft and the launcher and turned off my antiviruses, put everything on the lowest settings possible, increased my vram close to the limit, freed up 80 gb total of storage, verified, cleared cache, and tried to run through multiple attempts to load into the tutorial, but my game still closes with a unity error no matter what. Unity is compatible with win 10 22h2. The only things i havent tried i to run administrator, and i have also think i havent excluded the battleye launcher but ive excluded the game folder and the bsg launcher. I'm running out of ideas

Steam Is just a developers tool to increase community reach. Its marketing, Steam has its own app manager which only causes more technical issues in my experience however as things get worked out with this the less problems there will be. Tarkov would have done better to launch on itch.io IMO (these oppinions are my own)

netsh int tcp set global rsc=enabled(Receive Segment Coalescing) Looks similar to the last one but is rsc not rss, This takes packets and bundles the small ones into fewer bigger ones before handing them to your CPU (Your NIC has to support it but it does not hurt anything to enable it.
netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled (Explicit Congestion Notification) This one may cause packet corruption but it is just a traffic jam notifier in a sense and we are just ignoring data politeness by disabling it. If problems occur when enabling it just do the same command and change ecncapability=enabled
netsh int tcp set supplemental template=datacenter This is a profile setting for windows, it makes things timeout faster if they are going to time out which is incredibly helpful for the tarkov Bsg_Launcher current setup with BE. It allows bigger initial data bursts however you may want to disable it once things are working as it can cause a glitch where everything speeds up at once in game like scavs on fastforward mode.
netsh int tcp set supplemental template=internet Running this ensures broad compatibility for browsing/downloads. Running this activates the combo for general use.

So, ive done some digging. Once I got the game files installed and unzipped into the game fold the launcher wanted them in, I was able to play. Now I play for about 30-40 minutes and my pc crashes and reboots. It pops up with the windows text saying your pc has a problem with its update, let's fix that, then reboots and nothing changes and there's no updates. I'm curious what could be in the game files that is corrupting the rest of my system and how to fix it. Because this is day 4 of T/S trying to get the game work like before

It's how the game files are packaged. It's not your end. It's the same reason you can download a 100GB game in either 20 minutes or 2 hours. All based on how the game is packaged and then unpacked

Your pc is a bit dated for tarkov. Maybe manageable maybe not. Make sure your copy of tarkov is on an SSD/NVME, increase ram size as much as you can because with the low ram, it increases the read and writes on your Drive. Your drive is taking on most of the load when it comes to loading into tarkov. You can optimize your pagefile. Right click "This PC" ---> Properties ---> Advanced system settings --->Advanced --->Performance Settings ---> Advanced ---> Virtual memory ---> Change. next uncheck "Automatically manage, and select your C: > Custom size: initial = 16384MB, Maximum = 32768MB(1-2x RAM) Also your bios and AMD Chipset drivers may be out dated. install updated drivers you can tweek some things for optimization. disable game mode settings> Gaming>Game Mode > Off HAGS Off: Graphics settings> Off.

So I quit playing shortly after Lighthouse released, so ~ early 2022 because there was cheaters everywhere. I decided to come back and play for 1.0 release only to find my account is perma locked.

Checked the email the account was linked to and turns out it was hacked in late 2023 which I didn't see because I basically never check that e-mail. Seems it was used to bot by someone with an IP in Bangkok if I'm reading it correctly, and then perma banned.

Depends on how fast they get through the que, Make sure to only send one message until they respond or you will get put in the back of the que. Best of luck.
