@lucid wigeon The issue is known, its when old NVIDIA drivers are still active on the computer. When u first boot windows, it can automatically install old nvidia drivers. I want him to follow these steps (even if hes already done it):

1. run DDU on NVIDIA GPU settings
2. run DDU on AMD GPU settings
3. Reinstall the latest AMD minimal drivers

if it still isnt working, give me a ping as I have a similar system and ill try my best to help.

@proven breach I would say it looks like EAC is continuing to run in the background and is interferring with Tarkov's own anticheat. Either restart ur PC between games or make sure that EAC is not running in the background.

If none of that really didn't help, the problem is likely either a lack of ipv6 from your internet service provider (you can check for this at whatismyipaddress.com or other sites like that) or you are on a dual stack lite connection (which means you have a shared ipv4 address but a unique ipv6 address. This is hard to know if you have because you can't tell.) The tarkov servers require a dual stack connection which means you have a unique ipv4 and ipv6 address.

I understand that in the TOUR quest, you can access Reserve after submitting 5 dogtags to Prapor. However, an error occurred while I was submitting the dogtags, and although the quest shows that they were submitted successfully, I still can’t play Reserve.

On my personal experience, having Tarkov on my SSD reduced my stuttering considerably, although the HDD I had it installed was a piece of trash so your mileage may vary, still having it on the SSD should help with cache

This is likely due to your quests automatically restarting, you’ll have to wait until the time gate has passed, if you don’t know what quest it was then I can’t even tell you how long you must wait

But the EFT Wiki lists all the time gates for tasks, if it says 24 hours that really does mean you can’t accept it until 24 hours have passed, otherwise you get this error

idk how to check crashlogs in this game specifically, someone might be able to pinpoint you to that, I'd recommend you report this from the launcher. Maybe use a 3rd party program like "whocrashed" to see if you can find the reason without finding the logs themselves, although I'd recommend you always double check before downloading anything of sorts.

Game runs like a slideshow (not exaggerating it's just stuttering) on a 4090, 7800x3d, 64gb of RAM at 4k with dlss balanced enabled. If I look down like at the ground in raid the stuttering stops, super weird. I have the latest NVIDIA drivers installed as well.
