you need pmc's to be in a raid, that raid has to be under a select time, if no pmc is in the raid you wait longer. TLDR more people that play pmc = lower scav timer

@quasi blade the issue is still syncing across the servers and Content Distro Network., it makes for bad downloads and inconsistant connections. The nmajority of people are playing without issue. have patience and your turn will come. This also applies to patches that are having issue downloading

just asked him for more in depth. each sensor has a max IPS. For 400dpi for example, to stay in the max ips, you need 125 Hz polling. For 800, 500Hz, for 1600, 1000Hz. Most polling rates do not go above 1000hz. If you continue to push the dpi, the polling rate needs to go up to handle the input without skips. Premium sensors e.g. logitech hero can do this but most mice cannot. As almost all mice can handle 500, but a lot go to 1000, anything up to 1600 is good. Anything after may not be possible without skips :)
