try not to keep installing and uninstalling. its probably not the launcher. If the launcher cannot run the files it wants then its just a syncing issue. Go make coffee and press the launcher again. These guys are patching and updating all the time

I just lost progression on the Polikhim Hobo quest (23/25), Friend of the west part 1 quest (5/7 pmcs; 6 dogtags given out of 7), and provided viewership (had placed all of the cameras; had 0 kills in the specific building).

When you launch bsg on your computer it sends a packet with information like your login data and request a handshake to their server, when the handshake is made it sends a packet to your client to proceed with the next step and your game client opens. Your error and the data I showed you indicate a problem with the handshake and it's sending back a message. The message states that it has congestion which means too many people are connecting at once.

When Arena first released, you levelled up to unlock new preset loadouts, and Ryhzhy was one of these loadouts given to Ryzhy edition owners; over a year ago, they changed that system to be a custom preset system, you create your own presets now, the Ryzhy preset is not in the game, and all Ryzhy edition owners were given his clothing and his balaclava in its place, there was no AK, there was no armour set, this was not a thing given to players or advertised to be given ever.

I think this may play a role: keep the flow steady, don’t close and restart the launcher , change servers etc
Just be patient , if speed drops to zero you can pause and continue or if you get error msg keep clicking retry
