People have been having issues with authentication / account access in general since release your best bet is either contact support or wait a work around could be using a VPN but most likely website will register it as suspicious behavior and will block your entry anyways.

Do not ask for ETAS on responses, we do not have them.

Hello, I've been trying to install the game for 3 days now.

I start the download in the launcher, it runs and then suddenly crashes... Error, file cannot be downloaded... blah blah blah, then I click on “Retry” and keep doing so until I reach 100%. Once I reach 100%, the integrity check starts, and when it's done, the launcher says the game needs to be repaired.

And the cycle starts all over again.

I've already completely reset my computer, reinstalled the BSG launcher... everything. I have no idea what else to do now.

Did that, also cleared cache just in case, been checking all the logs and they well and truly tell me fuck all (only thing being logged during this is the constant request to keep the connection alive). Whenever I run locally (so PVE PMC solo raids) I load in within 2 minutes, any map I want.

So seems less like a RAM/Storage issue (which would be helped by pagefile) or a file corruption issue as else the game wouldn't load PVE PMC solo raids
