Hello I just went to check some clothing and I found out that I no longer have access to USEC Winter outfit in EFT despite completing Christmas Time event questline in Arena
But I don't have Khorovod completed since I don't have EFT at the time

completing christmas time event from arena should still give you access to winter pants in arena and eft, i did the same and still have them on both games
ik there have been issues with players not having all their clothing like some people don't have their tracksuit or cultist robe on arena, i guess you could try to open a bug report on the eft launcher?

Which is crazy in itself. If This is a MS issue, then surely BSG would be speaking to them on behalf of all their users to identify a root cause.
Given that above there are gmail users also affected though, (and reports of other email clients over the past 6 years) Im loathe to believe this is a MS issue.

it cant be a MS issue, just BSG not doing their job.
A similar issue in july with the german email provider group gmx was resolved in about 3 weeks. Users communicated with bsg support and email support and it was fixed in the end.

Microsoft will ask you to whitelist their emails, then wait 24 hours and try again. When you message Microsoft back they will ask for SMTP-logs from BSG
I guess its a checkmate then
they haven' asked me to whitelist them yet, they just said they have a dedicated team to handle this case

Microsoft says its a BSG issue, BSG says its a Microsoft issue. In the meantime all the customers are stuck in between these two with no information/statements about someone looking at this.

The thing is that it isn't a Microsoft or Outlook or the email providers fault. i have talked to both MS and Outlook customer service, even called outlook support on phone, bsg is the problem here but im not gonna stop until i can receive my mail from them

My account got fkn stolen, somehow they were able to request 2FA, get the code, get a forgot password link, and change my email address. I dont know how the hell they did it, but my email is no longer recognised of course and it's now gone. I was away for the weekend so I didn't get to see any emails until Tuesday.
I sent a support ticket from my email but since I can't logon there's no way to check if they actually responded i guess unless a recieve a reply through my gmail? IDK this sucks, I changed every single one of my passwords afterwards. And it all happened within the span of minutes, like it was a bot that stole my account

Your PC won't use the full % of either, that's not how computers work
The Tarkov game client uses at most 4 cores, if you have for example a 12 core processor, you can NEVER expect it to use 100%
and your GPU usage is directly tied to what work your processor can output to it and how much VRAM is being used

It is a security measure to protect your account, the system thinks the account is under attack from a hijacker, you must contact support to remove the block

Lots of users can’t receive mail from BSG at all so they must use an alternative address to contact them, they’re just making sure the email they have is correct
This is an ongoing issue and all you can do is be patient and try again to receive a code

I emailed bsg because I wasn’t getting my 2FA to log in. I emailed them about my problem, this was last Thursday. I never got a response. So I sent a new email to bsg from a different email entirely and suddenly I got an email back in my original email account. They told me to try again and if it doesn’t work to send them the email address attached to the account. Just saying for some reason I got a response after I emailed them from a different account. I’ll let you guys know if anything comes out of it.

I was able to log in to the site by using my discord login (since I linked them a few days ago) upon doing so, you can go into the security settings and "customize", but at the same time I am still not able to receive verfication email so I can't do anything just yet.
Their welcome to it at this point, if they can get a 2FA email before me, they can have it, but they wont get the email.
I'll happily risk my account being stolen if I can turn 2FA off.

You cannot sign up for an account for Escape from Tarkov with a Microsoft email domain
You are blocked from doing so because BSG know that those domains block their messages
this is the part im confused about. im getting emails from support@battlestategames.com but not no-reply@battlestategames.com (in outlook). maybe the domain isnt blocked and no-reply is weird somehow

The issue is widespread enough that lots of users are affected but mainly Microsoft emails, and over a year ago BSG blocked the creation of accounts from Microsoft domains because of this

I want to emphasize that I’m not trying to be difficult here, but it’s frustrating that the information everyone is looking for—and needs to stay calm about the situation - seems to be kept private. Instead, the only updates are coming from Discord moderators, who have made it clear that they have no control over the issue.
I understand that discord moderators must be extremely tired of seeing people vent their frustration in the chat, and I agree it’s unfortunate that it clutters the discussion. yes use windows control panel if you are on windows
you can look the command up its super simple and can fetch you hardware specs for you and if that dosnt work open case and take a look at the ram should have info like that on the heat spreader usually

I am able to log into the Tarkov website using my secret question that I setup a while back. Upon doing so I was able to submit a ticket.
Ever since the new Arena update I was logged out of the launcher and can't log back in since I am not receiving emails to my hotmail/outlook email I used to register my account with back in 2020. I have whitelisted and applied all Tarkov email address to safe senders. I have uploaded a screenshot of what BSG replied with.
I want to add that I was able to "configure" a backup email using a Gmail email and upon doing so, I received the 2FA email instantly.
At this point I am hoping BSG can provide a temporary 2FA code for me to log into the launcher or allow me to change my email on my account to a gmail account.
I am also having this exact issue and i have been on support with Microsoft to try and receive the emails, but no luck. I dont know what to do with this, because BSG is not answering my email unfortunately.
i am afraid its looking more and more likely that i have lost my account.
To change your email you must enable mobile authentication app
yeah that is not possible unless you can actually get on your profile.

They aren’t, they are able to login to the website, they want to change their email, they can do so by enabling the authentication app

Hello, I just got on tarkov to today to find out that I have 37 000 instead of the millions I had prior. Im not sure how thats happened, or if its linked to a bug in the game. If anyone can help, that'd be great.

Trolling ?? Why do you think that ? I work as an Information Security Specialist. Geo blocking happens a lot these days especially with the increased amount of Russian State driven Hacking Groups. So no I am not trolling. I work for a huge municipality in Europe and I deal with this stuff everyday. Might I remind you that MS Azure had a major outage last week ? If it was caused by an attack the chance is big that they enabled geo blocking.

Its a shame you react the way you do. If you have inside information about the cause, which is effecting a lot of users. Just say so.

I don’t believe steam can do that directly, they only offers the tools to host it yourself
With 500k users who added EFT to their wishlist I am really curious how BSG will handle the load. With 20-40k users servers are wonky already.
Hey guys, if you are having issues where you are not getting your 2FA email, it could be because you have a Hotmail/Outlook domain.
For some reason BSG has troubles emailing those emails. I would highly recommend changing your email on your Tarkov account on the site. Doing so requires turning on the Authincator app 2FA.
In order to change it you need to login and in order to login you need to receive the code first right ?
It would be nice to be able to change it if I could get to where I could change it.
I was lucky enough to have a "secret question" and as well had linked my Discord to my Tarkov account so I had two ways of logging in to the site. If you don't have that and are using a hotmail/outlook email. Best thing I can advise is emailing BSG support and asking them to switch your email or just requesting some sort of way to be able to log into your account on the website.
Best way to reach them is sending an email to support@battlestategames.com and sending your email from a gmail domain.
