I have been getting a driver timeout error only while playing tarkov over the last three days. I’m playing on a AMD 7900xt and I get a warning while loading into a raid that my driver times out and then causes my GPU to become disabled. Has anyone dealt with this issue? I’ve rolled back different patches for the drivers and it hasn’t really helped. This only happens while playing Tarkov. No other games do this.

There is nothing you can do about the 2FA emails at this stage

• You can email support, but most people not seeing a reply for several days
• You can try the "troubleshooting" methods in the pinned messages but it probably won't do anything
• Mail servers on battlestategames end are clearly the problem
• Some people had some luck constantly submitting and getting lucky (i've been trying for ~4 days no luck)
• Haven't seen any official comms about the issue/people are trying to get Nikita's attention on X posts

Then you should be aware that BSG like any other company updates the status pages like 1 hour after somethings happened, not instantly.
Also the fact that everyone is spamming in eft-chat that the servers are broken should hint something aswell.
Or maybe the peak in reports on for instance "isitdown.com" for EscapeFromTarkov.

So i'd say, no i don't know how to fix your issue.
I'd suggest you just wait it out and it'll get solved shortly.

The problem is that email never arrives. I have even tried to reset password and no email either.

There is nothing you can do about the 2FA emails at this stage

• You can email support, but most people not seeing a reply for several days
• You can try the "troubleshooting" methods in the pinned messages but it probably won't do anything
• Mail servers on battlestategames end are clearly the problem
• Some people had some luck constantly submitting and getting lucky (i've been trying for ~5 days no luck)
• Haven't seen any official comms about the issue

Website maintenance is going on for another ~40 minutes estimated until completion - this may resolve this issue but cannot confirm

There was a problem with a singular email provider group couple months ago, it was resolved withhin 3 weeks for all.
Some time later there was an issue in a certain region due to local internet provider. Was resolved in 2-3 weeks too.
I hope it was resolved due to everyone answered the support questions and BSG and providers communicated it between them

I've tried 3 different account with gmail today, all gets code instantly. + 3 friends with gmail gets their code instantly. Within 3 seconds after pressing the button

Yes but my point is it’s not confined to just Microsoft, there are many gmail users with issues just the same

It works for some people and doesn’t work for others

All we can do is wait for BSG to resolve it somehow or come up with an alternative solution

According to BSG it's the e-mail service thats at fault:

• Contact the support of your mail service with a request why you do not receive letters from the Escape From Tarkov project.

having launcher issue was getting error on launch. so i decided to unistall launcher and redownload. now the website wont even let me get to download it

i go click install and i get this site cant be reached

So now my other issue is the game launching... Im just stuck on Loading profile data. the circle spining so not froze but been like 5 min like this. before this it was just the loading screen so I alt f4 re launch and im here

There are a few different things that could be causing this

One is server selection, go in the launcher and just select a single server and try loading then

The other is an issue related to having Arena installed in the Tarkov directory

If you have it installed in the same folder then neither game will work

If you don't have it installed in the same folder then it's not the issue clearly

For those battleye errors you must repair windows with "sfc /scannow" in command prompt as admin

does anyone have an idea after a game ends in arena why my whole game freeze and i have to wait for it to unfreeze, i tried verify files and game is on SSD, tried increasing page file as well
