@small kiln Yea, i looked at used 5800x3D. Prices dont justify it. Yea, it helps. Age old tweak that can help with performance. Im running 32gb ram, 40gb page file and well. Overclocked my setup close to its limits, gpu, cpu, ram speed and timings. Overall, i gotten a nice boost from my tweaking. But when fps drops, hardware usage drops with it. I tried everything, i can only think my cpu cache is tha bottleneck when it happens. Ironically, lowering settings mostly makes it worse overall.

Note: Windows 24H2 is surefire not compatible at 100% for this game. Tested with 2 different systems, both with W10 and W11 24H2 (26100 kernel). Be careful not to upgrade to 24H2, as it may put the game in an unplayable state (crashing, huge fps drops when shooting at someone, etc...)

I find it curious to be happening for our systems only. But if what i say is true, devs will have a hard time when game releases in november and new buyers buy it and are on 24H2. Prepare for a wave of crashes and forum posts.

Its the exact same situation as when we had windows XP jump to windows Vista. But vista was fine, drivers and developers just didnt update their thing for that version. It started to stabilize when W7 came out but W7 did nothing special, devs just updated correctly over X years following the vista release.

The email problem with this game is a very long time issue. In the past it was said it was a microsoft problem blocking the emails but that was removed from the help page.

So now we have no idea what exactly is causing it. It fixes it self randomly.

I have been running AMD gpu's for the last 5 years and have had great success. Windows settings are the same as your settings as are the in game settings . Recently i have started playing with AMD fluid motion frames and this has been game changing. My in game average fps was around 130fps AMDfmf has doubled my fps with no hit to visuals. I run Radeon anti lag along side as suggested with in the soft wear . Be a wear that these frames are generated with in the app and do not show on the in game fps counter . You will also not the gpu temp will lower and usage will increase. Post effects setting need to be done to suit your system and your preference. Note i belive that fluid motion frames only work with 6000 series and above , i use a 6800xt , normal performance similar to a 3080 now i get between 180-260 fps with less heat and fantastic visuals . Good luck for the new wipe guys when ever it may arrive. it worked for somebody

If your bullet goes through someone's arm and then hits their thorax behind, you get 2 hits, so 1 bullet can hit twice. Same if their legs line up, you can fire 1 bullet and get 2 hits on legs

Usually infinite disonnections are from an improper connection type known as dual stack lite

That is how this problem happens, after updates.

With the connection type problem there are 2 distinct direct causes, one is something you can check.

1. Lack of IPV6 address from your ISP. (see whatismyipaddress.com or other websites like that to check)

2. You are on a dual stack lite connection. Tarkov requires dual stack (not dual stack lite).

The technical causes are having a shared ipv4 address but unique ipv6, or a unique ipv4 and no ipv6 at all.
