With this problem it's either caused by lack of IPV6 or you have a shared IPV4 and unique ipv6

this is an improper connection type that is not compatible with tarkov servers if dual stack lite

Hey to everyone having the 2fa issues, firstly understand the pain

Steps i took that worked but can't prove it wasn't a coincidence:

1'st: no emails coming through to main email via launcher or online sign in: changed browser versions to chrome got a email for browser log in (2fa)

2nd: attempted to change my 2fa setup (cant without geting a email, wasnt getting those ones still) (could add a different one authenticator via app but needed a 2fa email to allow it)

3rd: changed my email to a different one via online browser, (dont need a 2fa once in to do that (24hr review) - then 1hr later got multiple emails for 2fa's coming through to my main/normal email - so cancelled the email change)

4th now back in playing tarkov on new pc, hopefully this helps someone; understandably a painful process, hopefully we can get everyone in for that 'record player count cause it seems like a good amount of people are stuck in here) (had also submitted support ticket and whitelisted the support email in between steps etc, and tried spamming logins (all the usual)

I ran into some problem when trying to contact the support today and am looking for help here now.
I tried to log into the BSG launcher today, but my password was incorrect.
After a few unsuccessfull tries, I decided to reset my password.
But I never got any Email from BSG with a reset link.
I tried a few times, without success, before Captcha suspended my PC for trying too often.

yeah for some reason when i clicked my profile from the Launcher, "Website profile". it brought me to the website. i then purchased the EFT:Arenas. then i restarted the launcher in hopes to download the game. it did not work. so i logged back in, when i logged into the account I WANTED it on, there was only my EFT... no arenas. so i was like wtf. then i clicked website profile from launcher again, look in the top right, it was an account i made prior to purchasing EFT altogether. theres no other purchases on this account, i dont even have EFT on it

Hey all, I’ve had the game for about 2 years now, and this wipe I’ve noticed that I’m disconnecting near enough every scav run on loading due to “network” and having to reconnect no biggie it’s just a little annoying but the real worry here and this has never happened previously but upon loading pmc it’s not happened to my scav runs so far my game is either 1. Crashing without an error message as if it’s being forced closed 2. Closing and re opening itself over and over and then opening with some form of graphical bug for example the entirety of the bottom half of my screen was just pure white I may still have the picture 3. The worst case scenario I loaded in today and lost all my audio discord completely stopped working tarkov ran entirely fine but I couldn’t hear anything and had to close the game for my sound to come back. I haven’t had these issues with the game previously and they don’t happen every single time I load in but they are quite annoying and I’m wondering if anyone has encountered the same thing and if anyone has any theories/fixes

2 days ago my tarkov started acting up and eventually crashed upon entering the menu, since then I get error 103007 cannot launch more than one game at the same time.

I already tried deleting the cache, verifying the files, reinstalling Tarkov and the launcher, run the launcher as administrator, restarting my pc and set the correct path in my files and I still haven't been able to run Tarkov.
Also there are no active sessions in task manager, any ideas?

and i recall this happening to a friend of mine a few years ago, he basically brute forced it Via opening the email client, authorizing in the launcher [So it shows the sent email text etc] and waited a minute, refreshed it and if it didnt send he would do it again

i remember we went thru logs and found that it bounced back off alot of servers, so until it hit the right one it wouldnt go thru
