Anyone know if your ingame name gets reported for being offensive does it get changed back to what it was previously without any notification ? or could it be that it was different in Arena and the 2 have sync'd up and reverted it back ?

If your name is offensive it is changed to TarkovCitizen followed by numbers and you are instructed to change it on login

If you change your name on Arena it also changes at the same time in EFT

And vice versa

There's a few causes to this, an underpowered pc, a slow drive, and an incorrect internet connection configuration from your ISP known as dual stack lite.

Anyway, site is bugged, it should show after that and when you've failed the captchas for too many times cause they are frikin ridicolous you are temp banned from filling up captchas. But try hard enough and eventually you'll pass one and can click the button.

I’ve never had this before so I’d appreciate if someone could offer their two cents on a potential cause:

Normally I can do the loading process relatively quickly (maybe two-four minutes depending on map, ie factory versus streets)
However, today I’ve been trying to scav raid since the afternoon, and each time I tried to load into customs, it would hang at ~60% loot, and take between six to seven minutes to finish loading loot. Then, loot pools would finish in about two minutes, and I’d get stuck there for another five-six minutes

The first few times this happened, I restarted Eft to try and see if reloading it would accelerate the process, to no avail. I've verified file integrity each time post disconnect, and I also uninstalled and reinstalled. Just now, decided to try and do woods instead, and same process above happened; waited fourteen minutes for load in, and upon entry, kicked under ‘anti cheat connection lost’.

The reason you're not finding any servers is because you're not able to go into any servers

You need to be below the 200 ping limit to be able to go into servers in the first place

NA west has many servers ranging from Arizona to Northern CA. It could simply be that you've connected to a server on the far side. It could also be a routing issue from your ISP to a server. VPNs while having a chance to reduce your ping from you to NA west it can also just do nothing possibly making it worse especially free VPNs. You might need to find a VPN that specifically caters to gaming.

This may be a hard pill to swallow but according to the BSG account article, a permanently blocked/disabled account only really results from violating the TOS. It's also stated that BSG is not obligated to provide you the reason of why you were banned and the account owner being the sole person responsible for the security of your account. So what I'm guessing happened was someone got into your account and broke tos by cheating or something. Nothing you or us can do.

Permanent account bans cannot be appealed either, so you gotta just start over.

Yeah BSG support is also helpless since it's also stated "Support will not be able to remove the block resulting from the loss of access to the account."

The game gets stuck on the loading screen every time, where it says ‘Loading player data’, just before the main menu. There is no circle spinning as a loading bar, nor does it say ‘Loading player data’. Only the game version is displayed in the bottom left corner.
I've deleted the logs, cleared the cache, repaired and reinstalled everything, but nothing helps.

OK, thanks everyone. It helped that I disabled the IPv6 option under Network Adapter and Properties, i.e. I unchecked the box so that only IPv4 is enabled. Strangely enough, it had been like that the whole time and it had been working for over 6 years... Oh well.

Since their spawn is reduced due to hardcore, your best bet is finding them in technical crates. Customs has tons in the new areas, there's also quite alot of loose construction item spawns that could spawn sledge hammers and hand drills.
