When buying items quickly you are given a captcha, if you are moving through menus too quickly like by spamming the escape key you’re going to get this ban

My matchmaking takes very long (up to 10 minutes), and when I find a match, it shows “Waiting for server response,” and then kicks me out , I have verified the game files, reinstalled Arena, cleared cache, and my But the issue continues , I uninstalled the launcher and reinstalled it along with Arena, and it worked I was able to enter matches again. If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.
