Aside from whats listed on there, you can check and ensure you don't have a VPN or any anti virus running that could interfere

Some VPNs also come with threat protection as well so best to double check that if you have any installed

this is what my most recent log looks like

right at the end I can see a bunch of information of what my game has gotten up to before closing

so you could see where you are crashing based on the last line in the logs

If you're having issues with receiving verification codes, you can attempt to run through the following steps:

Note this is not from BSG support, this is my own list that may rule out most client side related issues. Refer to official support above if you wish to go that route.

• Reboot your router, let it stay unplugged for about a minute
• Disable any VPNs / antivirus temporarily (Don't mess with Windows Defender, reboot may be needed)
• Try using a separate browser to log into the website - firefox / google chrome preferred (ensure you have no extensions that could cause issues enabled)
• Try logging into website on your phone, check if verification email went through
• Worst case, wait an hour and try the steps again and submit a ticket or email to [e-mail]

If these steps did not work, you will have to reach out to support - pinging me will not help as I won't be able to assist any further than this.

If you don't have access to your Tarkov email account anymore, write to Support from a Gmail account and tell them what has happened, no new account is possible

not very high end, but currently i play streets at about 80-120 fps on a 5700x3d, 6650xt, and 32 gb of 3600 cl18 memory at 1440p, all settings low except textures medium, fsr on quality to not use taa or fxaa, everything is slightly oc'ed/undervolted where applicable

Just to report back on my bluescreen issues. It ended up being a bios update and very specific cpu bios settings that eliminated the bsods. If you have a 13/14th Gen Intel cpu i strongly suggest updating bios ASAP. There was one for my mobo last month that updated microcode yet again.

If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.

hey for everyone having email takeover issues and account theft: what you need to do is start another account on the tarkov website and put in a service request in the support tab but keep in mind you're on the Russian time zone so you may not get replies when you expect them, i did this and they responded within a day and responded to the email quickly

I made prestige 1 week ago and my game menu, flea market and traders are terribly slow and the game itself also loads for a long time. I have never had this problem before.

Things I have done: -reinstalled windows -reset router -changed DNS address -cleared logs, cache and temp multiple times -internet test shows no problems 300/300 1 ms ping -other applications like YT and Twitch work without problems -other games also work without problems -I also reset BIOS and checked temperatures

NOTE: The game works normally during the raid, the problem only occurs in the menu My specs: 7800x3D, 3080Ti, 32GB Ram Ddr5 6000 mhz

None of the above helped and the problem still occurs. Does anyone have a similar or had the same problem? I would be grateful for tips!

Confirmed, 3rd day of server problems.
The 1st day did not go further than loading a profile.
The 2nd some how found a solution or just gods favored me and the game loaded.
Day 3 (today) again barely came in, and the first raid 3 times the server crashed at the time of loading the raid, loaded, and ran meters 100, and again disconnected, and so back and could not go into the raid.

Been having issues playing with friends for the last 48hrs or so myself. For months, friends from Russia meet me on USA NORTH EAST, since I live in the middle of nowhere North America, and it usually works no problem, even for friends who live in Central RU...
