where would I go to make a suggestion for the game? when making a new weapon build there should be an option to only show parts that are available from trader. Then you can build your preset with parts that you can actually buy rather than having to check each part to see if you can buy it.

so ive had 3 raids in a row now connecting to a 300ms server, NA west ping for me is 170, OCE is 30, irrespective of ping on either server I am still connecting to 330ms+ ones which force me to run to an extract or just die

As for graphic settings, I've tried low, high, and tried disabling all the weird ones

Ive literally done everything. Full troubleshoot list, checking intergrity , clear cache, reinstall, upgraded RAM, swap drives of where the game is installed. Cant get through more than 10 minutes of looting in raid and then unresponsive.

i cant get a confirmation email to get back into the launcher after uninstalling i can change my profile password get confirmations on those requests but launcher email confirmation not happening right now

Sorry if this question had already been asked - is anyone crashing those recent days? I didn't have this issue before, I tried updating the nvidia drivers to the newest ones, I tried turning on and off dlss in tarkov (and using different presets), I tried verifying the game files, nothing worked. By crashing, I mean I can play perfectly fine for 2-15 minutes, and anytime in that time range, the game will just freeze and crash

for some reason im getting the same fps all around on every map, (for example, i get the same fps on streets as I do on woods) even though woods is a less intensive map my cpu usage is at 30% and my gpu usage is at 70% i typically run mid to low settings
its like my fps is hardcapped even though I have fps limits disabled

Hello, I am having an issue wherein my items aren't filling the construction requirements correctly for the Air Filter. I am not sure how to fix. I tried restarting the hideout, the game, putting the items on person, putting them out in the inventory, putting them all in the same container, and lastly locking and unlocking them. None of this resolved the issue.

Hey so im having this weird bug occasionally, usually im 50+ fps, but occassionally the game will drop me to only 20 (unplayable) but ONLY when I look in a certain direction, if I turn around im back to 60. I remember seeing a video years ago with ram leaks that let me delet the ram storage or something or other or I could set it to do it every 5 minutes while I was playing. from my experience, 24gb is the borderline ram size to play tarkov. just a tad bit lower, you wont be loading into raids.

rolled back to 566.36 after using DDU full wipe, tried to load into a match (bsg servers), caused PC to reboot again during raid load first try, tested again and made it through an entire woods raid with no issues and got out to the main menu fine. gonna do a few more and see if it reboots again if i don't restart the client/exe

I would be scanning your PC for spyware and changing your passwords on everything immediately as there's a good chance this isn't localized to just Tarkov.
There's only two/three things that could happen to realistically randomly have someone hack your account.
- Your password was abysmally bad and they bruteforced/guessed it, or at an extreme social engineered it if you have public social media accounts.
- Your password for something else was leaked on the dark web/password list and you reuse it everywhere/lots of places putting anything else you have at risk too.
- You have a keylogger on your machine that records your keystrokes, takes screenshots of what you're doing, and sends it back to the actor
I have personally been a victim of 3. Highly suggest downloading Malware Bytes at least temporarily and running a full scan. Combo Fix is also really powerful, but requires your compyter to be in a slightly unusable state and you should only use it as a last resort if you know you have malware/spyware Malware Bytes isn't getting rid of.
Also input your email into haveibeenpwned and see if anything recent pops up saying your email was in a password list/leak anywhere

if you have a NVIDIA GPU you need to go back 2 versions to 576.28

If you have problems downloading/installing the update/game :
We suggest the following workaround. It will allow you to install without using the launcher directly.
Game download link :
Launcher: https://prod.escapefromtarkov.com/launcher/download
Once downloaded, please extract it where you want the game to be installed, for example : D:\Games\EFT\EscapeFromTarkov.exe
After that, in the launcher you can specify the path to the directory with the game, in this example you will need to specify the directory D:\Games\EFT or D:\Games\Arena.
Using this method, you will have installed the game manually.
If you have any problems doing so, or any question, please open a request in the launcher - bug report section.
While moderators can assist, they do not have all the tools and knowledge to do it in the best of ways here on discord.
