I'm in the same boat as you. Do you have a Live email, such as Outlook, Hotmail, MSN, etc? I do, and that's where I think the issue is. I created a new dummy account on their website with a Gmail address and the verification email came through instantly. Sadly on my actual account I've been waiting over two weeks and have two emails back and forth with BSG support, which all want to blame it on my email settings or provider, and not recognize that it's an issue on their end. Once a day I am able to play about one raid before for the remainder of the day I get kicked every time we get to the countdown loading in by "server connection lost." After this I am unable to reconnect, reconnect after leaving the game, reconnect after uninstalling and reinstalling, and/or reconnect after clearing my casch and verifying all files. Any tips on where to find military power filters? I find them in duffelbags sometimes, but they're very rare. I loot lighthouse a lot for COFDMS, virtexes etc, but those spots never spawn power filters even though i think they should belong in the same category.

I had some success with finding them as loose loot in woods and was wondering if there's other maps where they spawn often.

anyone getting wierd frame drops? i tried everything from restarting to reinstalling. cleared cache and even turned down/up my graphics settings

If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.

Regardless of where I set up and install the game, i.e., the C Drive, 86, an external D drive, or wherever, once I open the launcher and hit "Install", it will create a game folder and nothing else happens, no error code, no weird crash, nothing. I have tried so many suggestions from Reddit, Tarkov forums, tried messing with permissions for folders, security, firewall settings, exceptions, locations for setting up, tried to make sure nothing was broken with the C Drive itself, used command prompts, launching as admin whenever it has been suggested. I have actually not been able to play the game since purchase. I submitted a ticket around a week or so ago and have yet to get a response. barely can run like 7 fps with stutters, besides that its fine ish but it stutters like every 7-10 seconds, genuinely unplayable
