Yes, you will most likely get a refund that way. I've done that and it always works.

Just a word of warning incase you werent aware, xsolla (payment processor) will probably ban your details from doing any more transactions with them if you chargeback.

But still, you can ask other people to buy you the game with their paypal. Thats how I do it now. I just get one of my family members and pay them to use their paypal if I need to get any game upgrades or anything etc

Has anyone had any frame issues since the update? I haven't played since November, and just got back to be able to. I remember before I left I was running streets at 50-60 frames, and maps like shoreline, and reserve were getting anywhere from 120-150. Now I'm getting anywhere from 40-60 on all maps. Any ideas? Drivers are to date, and all my old graphics settings haven't changed. PVE btw.

Hey all. Im trying to download Tarkov Arena again, as i uninstalled it a while ago. Everytime i attempt to instal, nothing happens.

Check files for existing install
checked security settings within BSG
run as admin

If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.

wtsup idk if you resolved ur issue already but i am not reading those 100000 messages I havent read here. I have fixed my issue by just simply clean booting my pc and changing the Nvidia settings for more optimal ones, and also using better graphics and postfx.

Greetings, I am trying to download the game and it is not working. I receive no error it simply does not download after clicking install. I have enough storage for the game; I have also tried running as administrator. I have tried running it in compatability mode. I am also using a brand new computer. I hard reset the computer and tried installing only tarkov and this still did not work. I also tried creating a new folder to download the game into and this did not work as well. Any suggestions or tips would be much appreciated. Has anyone else had this problem?

If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.

However I have noticed that it doesn't happen on an offline raid, so it seems to be some kind of connection issue.

I've also noticed that the ping is very high for all the servers on the server selection screen.
It seems odd, since I have no connection issues in other games or websites.

The issue was not happening for my friends who where in the same raid with me.

go to %appdata% and drag the Battle State Games folder out of the explorer window into your desktop. Reboot the game, it will reset all graphics settings and controls etc so if you want to re add them you can rip them from the BSG folder you moved to your desktop and simply overwrite them in the new BSG folder your pc curated upon launch.
