Hello folks! I see many of you are able to share screen/app on Discord when playing Tarkov but in my case when I share I'm being told that it immediately shows that I minimized the screen and the app can no longer be seen. Additionally, when I stop sharing and try again, it messes up with the audio and Discord it self and I have to restart Discord app.

I am having a problem since .16 patch with disconnecting from scavs, and pmc raids right at 100% cashing. I can only load into raids about 40% of the time when playing solo, and 0% of the time when with a party. It’s a server disconnect error and when I confirm leave raid, I still have all my items but insurance goes away. I have a memory cleaner going and that seems to help with solo, but not when in a party. Any thoughts? I’ve cleared cache, checked integrity on files, and even partitioned my hardrive advanced performance to 30000 Mbs per Reddit suggestion. Nothing helps

Go to the eft website and download a fresh game launcher/installer. I had the same issue and the installer was corrupt. Either that or right click and run your eft launcher in administrator mode

Also, the fresh launcher means you are reinstalling the game. Removing the game completely, deleting old launcher, and installer, getting a new installer, and starting completely over

Since this wipe, I'm constantly getting full computer crashes, I'm having to hard reset my computer just to reconnect as closing the game also crashes my full pc. Playing anything other than woods is giving me massive spikes of lag or crashing. Before this wipe, the game ran fine enough to stream. Now it's screwed on most maps. I've tried reinstalling, no luck. Ram cleaners, playing on all the lowest settings, still the same. 6k hours on this game and it's never ran so poorly. I get to run 1 or 2 raids then I start getting the 3-10 second crashes in game with a little red symbol in the top right of the screen. Can someone actually help sort this out please.

#community-support Curious if someone might be able to help me as support@battlestategames is absolutely horrendous... I upgraded my computer completely, reinstalled/downloaded everything, except EFT wont install. I can open the laucher, partially login, but I never recive an email with the verification code. I've tried nearly 100 times, checked ALL folders each time and nothing. I've tried multiple "fixes" I found online and nothing has worked in the slightest. I've sent half a dozen emails to support@battlestategames with 2 different email accounts and I haven't received any sort of contact (which from what I've read is frightfully common, which is pathetic).

im having an issue where the shadows of my game are so bad that they're basically pitch black, making it hard to see basically anything covered by the shadows
my game also has another issue where anything close range is sharp and looks decent while anything mid-long range just turns into a pixelated but somehow blurry mess

Hi,
I'm experiencing a consistent issue with Escape from Tarkov crashing. This started happening after I changed some performance settings in the game. The crash always occurs when the game reaches "Creating Loot Pools (100%)" during loading.
I’ve tried reverting most of the settings back to their original state, but the problem persists. Additionally, my entire PC begins to lag heavily whenever I try to launch the game now.
Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated

I have a bug on EFT: I can not play on Custom (As a SCAV and also as PMC).
The loading screen freeze when I reach "100% Loading Loot" and I get a "Server disconnection" message.
And, of course, when I try to log back in the Raid I get the same result.

Hello, I don't know if I'm writing in the right place. Does anyone have a problem or solution to the game crashing after a raid or death?

I integrated the game, checked file integrity, ran it using administrator, set the system options so that the NVMe disk replaces the RAM, but unfortunately nothing helps. I have a fairly new computer and it's not possible that the components are too weak, because the game runs at an average of 120+ fps. :/

As far as i understand them if you look at backend log you can see if connections are getting dropped or if you succesfully connect. From Errors you can see the exact error, if any, that appears at yoiur crash. Application says how your app is configured iirc. The others are way to specific i think and only the game support or a dewveloper (or somoeone who spent time studying them) can get useful info from them.

You might find nothing there but it is worth a shot

I'm in an loop of installing the game, repairing it(verifying game files) and redoing it over and over again, my disk definitely has the space required for the game, but once the installation completes it shows that there are 0 bytes left on the disk and all I could do is repair or reinstall it all over again. Unfortunately, the only error in the system event log was that it had stopped working and it happened when there was no information about it. It is worth mentioning that when I wait from 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes after the extra, the game loads me normally into the game menu.

If you just purchased the game or have not been playing for a long time the first things that come to mind might be driver updates. Also a dude yesterday had a similar issue and it was NVIDIA panel, dunno what specifically.

Hi there!! Please help! Invisible Scavs have been killing me for almost half a year now, this problem has been going on for that long. I was hoping the current wipe would fix it, but nothing has changed. From what I've seen, it's not just me who has this problem, but my friend also started experiencing this issue this week, and it's becoming more frequent—I'm dying in 2 out of 10 raids now. My character starts taking damage without any gunshots or warning, and then almost immediately dies. I know the Scavs are really there because I can't see them, but my other friend, who I'm playing with, notices them, and we realized this while talking on Discord.

Anyone good with graphic settings and boosting your fps in game ? I have a AMD Radeon 6950 XT and a pretty good pc but I cant even get more than 55 fps on streets and sometimes even on custom. A lot of the times I try to play as a scav in pve it takes me a long time to load into map ( 15 minutes on average to load into factory) and then it just says server connection lost, but I don’t have the same problem as a pmc

heya, are there any optimal settings for the game that we can use depending on the hardware? i know about the performance issues overalland not expecting constant 144fps in the game, but reading how people experiencing the game on lower end machines got me wondering. i got pretty decent spec of 10900k / rtx 3080 / 32gb 3600 / m2 970 evo and thats all on 1440p resolution, but game keeps micro freezing, constant low fps (~40-50) on maps other than streets is getting a bit annoying. and i want to try playing with the settings to try to make the game run smoother as much as possible
what settings should i look for the most in those situations? what i noticed is by overall game seems to be stuck on RAM, using 30gb out of 32 on my system, cpu is around 60-70 usage on half of the cores

Like for 15 second then will pop up gray screen (awayting season start) after it game will send me back in main menu where i have button Recconect. When I press it I am in loop. Alright so confirmation, everyone has problem with customs atm I assume right? , if soo it's more likely game think, after the wipe I noticed problem with custom, being like streets almost like. (fps wise), loosing connection, bug where I can see I play, but in reality my body is still on the spawn. Huge spike lags etc.

if i go into a raid and then 10 seconds after start taking damage without being shot at which kills me in like 3 seconds, and it says it was a scav that killed me, even though all the damage is from my own ammo on the health screen is that a cheater that killed me, or just tarkov being tarkov?
