I uupgraded from 16 to 32 last year, somehow i managed to run the game with worse hardware and 4k with some grapchics looking better. (maybe it was the style) but i can swear game ran better than it does now. Like,, by a very high % better. That being said, i understand devs and the game has allot more compute now vs alpha. Ai alone, kills fps. Seems to be server side, netcode, limit of engine, etc. But, llets say you cant play factor without issues. Hardware is not the issue, but you can use it as brout force. Something that seems to have become a trend, with ai supersampling. Dlss,, etc.. So, 16, or at least 32gb should be enough. xD

if your gpu is at 99% usage, generally suggest your settings are to high

Try to keep it uunder 90%, give it some buffer. So, if you end up in situations where allot is going on, it has 10+% to g on to avoid frame drops

In the current wipe sometimes while doing literally anything in the game outside of raid sometimes I'm getting those random loadings, while moving items, openning a trader, accepting/completing a quest, opening mail, insuring items, they take like 10 seconds to load but it's still very annoying, none of my friends have a similiar issue and all the similar problem reports I found were from years ago, I tried reinstalling my game so far and it didn't help at all, any ideas what I could do?

drag your eft file from your c drive into your ssd then set the path on the launcher to the new drive, it will run a check integrity to see if no files corrupted when dragging across

Hello, I got the 28 row stash upgrade yesterday.
I was previously playing with the Edge of Darkness version (10x50 stash rows) and have now updated to The Unheard Edition which has 10x72 stash rows. But I only got 4 rows so I'm now on 82. But with the upgrade there are 22 in it. Did I do something wrong or will I get this later?

I have been here complaining and asking for suggestions for acouple days about how to optimize better and get better fps. well I finally found a solution that ACTUALLY works, from steam there is a app called lossless scaling and I managed to go from 65fps average on 2k up to 120fps average. About half way through a scav raid on woods my monitors went black and my pc had to be force shutdown'd and restarted. Whenever I try and load into any raid at all now my pc either black screens or blue screens and I ahve to shut it down and restart it. I can load into any raid at all.

Hi, I got back into Tarkov yesterday after a year and I am facing some issues. Specifically i get slow loading screen after RAID (blank screen, just a loading circle in bottom right corner), slow loading traders items lists and when i sell/buy an item it can take up some time, it stays there just loading. Loading screens hapen every time but traders issue are frequent. Sometimes it also shows a connection timeout error and kicks me to main screen. Other times i get kicked to main screen after a "backend error", usually after assemly/disassebly a weapon.

I was able to play this game one year ago with no issues and I daily play other newer titles with no problems.

found a solution for this issue. to anyone who has weird freezes, make sure your paging file is on your NVME or SSD and it's system managed (if you set it manually it can cause instability, I tested it). Also make sure it's disabled on your slow HDDs. For me for some reason it was set to a slow hdd by windows so that was a source of my tarkov issues. @modern relic try this
