Greetings. A month ago i upgraded my pc and im currently running a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 48GB(2x24) of DDR5-6400 CL30 Memory, Gigabyte 4080 Super and the game is on a NVMe. I am only getting like 150 fps on Customs and about 50-70 on Streets. While im not complaining about the performance on Customs a buddy of mine running same cpu only 32GB Ram and a 3080 is getting about 280 to 320 on customs but also only like 50-70 on Streets. During benchmarking i noticed i kinda lost at the silicon lottery due to the gpu performing about 3% under average. From benchmarks in tarkov on youtube i see people getting like 100 fps on Streets. I have tried Process Lasso moving Tarkov to only the 3d vcache cores but sadly only a minor improvement of like 5 fps. I've tried fresh installing windows aswell as tarkov itself. XMP/EXPO is on. PBO is also activated and PC runs stable. Any ideas what else i can try or is this normal for tarkov?

What you described, the ping problem and the disconnection problem both point directly to either being in the USA or having all your internet traffic rerouted through the USA, which means you have a VPN or are in the USA.

Is this the right place to ask for assistance optimizing (I know..) tarkov? I have a 5600X, 16gb 3200mhz and a RTX 2060 6gb, and I am sitting at around 50% CPU usage and 30-40% GPU usage.

I know that it's a CPU limited game, and all that, but my FPS fluctuates a lot with no real logical reason. I go from 80fps in Customs, to 50-60 lows in the exact same place..

I have Use physical cores unchecked, and RAM Cleaner checked.

I know I should upgrade to 32gb, and I will soon, but I just want to try and get my GPU usage higher and a bit more stable frames. I have a 165hz monitor with GSYNC, so I want to try and maximize that.

Hello, I recently started playing arena, and now all a bunch of my quests are reset. First there's no region lock, you can own the Eu version in the USA with no problems in any capaticity, and second, if the page file didn't help you might have a wrong internet configuration called dual stack lite.

I can upgrade from Other/USA to Europe version right now and nothing will happen except I can log into Europe if I travel there.

If it's dual stack lite you need to contact your isp about that. Ask to be switched to regular dual stack.

This if the problem is not your PC, and since you said it crashes, it might be the pc.

One rare cause of diconnections is a low powered pc, or ram filling up.

Hi everyone, I'm new to Tarkov and have a few questions. I'm struggling to get the game to run at 100+ FPS (ideally 120, as I play on 4K/120Hz). I'm using Windows 10 (fully updated), and while running Tarkov, I make sure no other launchers (like Steam) are active. I also don’t run any antiviruses except for Windows Defender, with Discord in the background.

I can run games like Rust and ARK maxed out in native 4K at 120 FPS without any issues, so I'm confused about why Tarkov is underperforming. I've seen YouTubers playing at 165+ FPS while even recording their gameplay, yet I can't exceed 100 FPS—even on 0.75 resolution scale.

I've gone through all the settings I could find, matching what I've seen in guides and videos, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have advice or solutions for this?

Try 1440p max, the game still needs to be optimized, and even I have issues with a 4090 12900k at 4k on a 4k165 screen. 1440p seems to perform better.

I would recommend setting the nvidia control panel settings to default except the power consumption setting to max performance, and see how much ram you use ingame.

I used to have tarkov installed on an old drive that shat the bed, and ever since I replaced it I haven't been able to install tarkov again because my computer in its infinite wisdom seems to believe that I still have my old drive and tarkov is still installed on it

Even the command prompt just shrugs at me when I try using it to delete the old directory that doesn't even exist that my computer thinks does exist

Like my computer knows what tarkov is, how much space it takes up and where, but won't let me reinstall it

For some reason my PC force shuts down after 3 or so minute of playing Tarkov. This doesn't happen when my PC has D.O.C.P disabled in the BIOS (runs at 2133 mhz) but when it is enabled (3000 mhz), it starts to crash after 3 or so minutes. This only happens when I play Tarkov.

My game works wonderfully in practice mode but dogshit in online it takes 10 mins to load the smallest map online but 2 in offline. and like i can play on my laptop bc i am setted up to it
