from what you described your intel chip is likely one of the ones affected more by the faulty micro code. Intel was said to release a diagnostic utility to see how damaged it is (not a matter of if, but how much).

I created a ticket due to an issue I couldnt resolve for a while, talked with the support guy for a couple days, he asked me to try tethering my pc and see if the issue still persisted, I said I would have to buy a usb as the hotspot wasnt working and would get around to it later. come 4 days later and I finally got the usb, try it, didnt work. I am ready to make another response but the ticket is closed. No problem, open another one right? It may be a cache issue with your launcher on your pc. You should uninstall and delete the files in

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher

and C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher the settings file

then install the launcher again
