Tbh games don't always spread load on cores equally very well, so 1 core surging is not crazy. Maybe check if that one core is always running super high, but just a screenshot of it is not too crazy.

When I look at the usage all of my 32 gigs of physical memory are either In use or on standby so does that mean it's technically being maxed out and causing fps loss? Does anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot constantly loading into my PvE PMC multiplayer... but the timer keeps getting stuck at 0:00.000 deploying?
I can hear background audio from in raid (like birds and wind). It doesn't matter if solo or with a team, same result. I can SCAV into a raid without issue, or local games, just PMC with friends hangs like this... or PMC on streets (thinking because it pings BSG servers).

Things I tried...
ALT+F4 and trying to reconnect; going in naked; integrity check; clear logs; reinstalled the game; deleted all remaining dog tags (posts online reference this).

Update 9/7: Turns out it has something to do with my PMC/account. BSG Support had me log into my friend's account on my PC and I could load raids no problem - and I had my friend log into my account on his PC, and it gets stuck deploying at 00:00.000. Been troubleshooting this with them for 2 weeks.

I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 9 7950x3D and a AMD Radeon 7900 GRE and I expect a little more than this.

When playing streets I still only get around 70-80 FPS and this number holds regardless of ANY graphical setting applied, I've also seen tests of Tarkov with this same chip done by content creators and it runs at 100 FPS+, if you have any idea what the issue might be whether It's a general Tarkov problem or a PC problem do not hesitate to reply to this post, I am also marked as a new user on the forums so I am limited to 5 posts daily.

Also disable the iGPU from your CPU if you dont actively use it, could cause some issues with windows. Its usually not needed if you have a dedicated GPU, which you have.

I had some performance & other issues caused by it and the Nvidia support recommended disabling it as well, which helped quite a lot. Though i have an Nvidia card, maybe its not as bad with an AMD one.

Summary:

• Check If all your have all drivers needed for the GPU/CPU like AMD Adrenaline and that your OS is up to date
• Run a benchmark, and keep an eye on your CPU's temperatures as anything over 89C causes your CPU to slow down to prevent damage & check if your power supply is sufficient enough to power your computer
• Try disabling the Integrated CPU, even if it just for testing to see if it did anything

Reinstalling might help? I'd start by uninstalling tarkov, clearing the temp folder, clearing NV Cache, and removing all leftovers and then installing it again

Ever since the wipe changed keybinds and added some new ones, my "scope elevation up" and "scope elevation down" keys don't work. I tried different keys (both sinle and combination) (and yes I am ads'ed while trying) and it doesn't work. The weird thing is, my "toggle tactical device" and "switch tactical device mode" keybinds don't work either. I used to have them on v release and v double click but I can't seem to bind them to the same key.

So in short I can't use toggle tac device mode and change my sight zeroing. Anyone else having the same issues?

it's fixed for me. what I did was uninstall launcher as well as game and then do a complete reinstall with the old launcher install file I found in my downloads folder. I also did an email forward to a different provider but I highly doubt that had anything to do with it since I never had issues receiving emails from them. anyways, I hope this works for you as well. cheers.

Most cpu's will run without damage unless they go over 105 to 110 celcius. The problem is they will throttle aggressively at 90 to 95 so you lose a lot of performance, so unless your cpu reaches temps of 100 or more you are fine to use it (Check core temps not just overall). But poor cooling will kill performance
