So every computer assignes folders to usernames and passwords. Even if you use the same MS account it will need to be taken

right click the folder > properties > security tab > and youll see a list of users that have some permissions assigned. Click on advanced > Add at the bottom > Select a principal > Type in "Everyone" without quotes then ok. Then in that list click Everyone and make sure it has full control.

Or you can edit your username or admin and make sure that username has full access - You may also need to delete the username if the username is the same, and re-add it instead of typing Everyone you type your username and do the same.
