No, your identity, card info and all that info is blacklisted from xsolla

I did a clean driver reinstall after uninstalling my drivers with DDU and the issue seems to be fixed?
I disabled and re-enabled Automatic RAM cleaning after reinstalling my drivers with DDU in case it wasn't working. I think something must've gone wrong during my driver update and DDU seems to have fixed it because I don't know what else would have

Tagilla and Reshala should be 40%, I know on PvP servers I'm never seeing him, maybe PvE servers picked up all the spawns I'm missing lmao. As far as the PMC's, I imagine it'll take some time to adjust to the new ai, they act differently than they used to

I'd just look for them on Shoreline, they spawn up at the resort (I usually see them East wing but they can be West wing) and they can also spawn just North of the Western drone for Eagle Eye at the fork in the road. For GZ, I think they can spawn anywhere, I haven't run GZ hunting cultists yet. Woods, they can spawn West of the sawmill in the woods immediately outside of the sawmill, and up North in the Northwestern Village that hugs the lakes.

All depends on your approach - that's why I prefer shoreline, pretty easy to get them on a short angle. Especially compared to Factory, I've run my fair share of Factory night time raids and have never seen them on factory with the exception of the Halloween event they did 2 or 3 years ago

Yeah it definitely seems to be a PvE thing. Ever since their last patch goons and bosses seem to spawn 100% on every map and they are hunting for YOU! Literally spawned into a woods raid just in time to see my PMC get torn apart by tracer fire, killed by Knight AGAIN (fifth time in a row lol) and rage quit. PvE just isn't worth it until they fix things
