I have the issue that my game freezes when loading into a raid. Almost every time when its loading the map. Game just freezes. I can tab into windows, but am not able to click on something. cant even shut it down via task manager, so i have to restart every time.

Tried the usual ideas like reinstall, memory, integrity etc. it was no solution.

You can only reset your account a certain amount of time after making a new account and after the last reset, its on a cooldown of sorts i think

I would advise against reseting your account as a new player, you would only be setting yourself further back, starting gear sucks and theres not enough of it to make a difrence even if you do reset. And your exp, trader rep, skill and money spent will get reset which is bad. I would just run some scav, sell all the stuff you get out of it and continue on on this unwiped ccount

There are also a ton of good ways to make money fast on pmc. Especially on big open kinda empty maps like woods or shoreline or outside of interchange you can run very low risk stash-runs, (maps of hidden stashes on maps are on wiki) amd get tons of money from there. Losing starter gear is literally not a thing that should bother you. Everyone loses all starter gear within theyir first couple days

I get where you're coming from, but it's just frustrating when it feels like our region's concerns aren't being addressed. Could be the ISP, but it's been affecting us for a while now, and the silence from the company doesn't help. I just wish there was more transparency or at least some acknowledgment of the issue.

Recently I have been getting absurdly long load times in base game and Arena. Nothing has changed about my computer, but its taking far longer than it used to to load into maps. In Arena when I connect to matches (If it doesnt cancel and just boot me to the menu) I will get kicked from the server after buyig a preset.

Ok, I looked a the logs from game runs on different servers. They have all the same errors about invalid URI's. I've updated my ticket. Thought it was a .NET problem - updated to latest .NET there is for windows 10. Still same problems. Tried a vpn too. Did not help.

I don't know for sure, but i'd still think performance issue, something tells me you use up more resources connecting with others than you do on an offline match. Got a good computer. 4070ti 13700 cpu DDR5 32gb XMP. But in menues the game lags. when loading games it lags down the whole computer. I tried everything from BIOS, Chipset, Diffrent drivers. Latest drivers of everything. But when i turned IMAGE SCALING on in Nvidia Experince the lag disapeares. But i dont want to run image scaling, any other ideas what can make the computer lag in menues? Seems GFX connected problem since scaling solved it.

Other games works perfectly and when runnig benchmarks i get really good scores.

Is 32GB 2666MHz RAM too weak for Tarkov? I have a RTX 2060 SUPER with a Ryzen 7 3700X and my frames are running between 40-60. I've been playing for 3 days no issues, but any time I load in a raid (scav or pmc) it is completely unplayable. Just feels like 10 fps, friends say I am rubber banding in game. Been trying since 30th of December, I have tried so far:

• All the tips and tricks mentioned on the tarkov website, including whitelisting every email address BSG uses
• Emailing the support@ address (no response in well over a week now, likely no response ever given what I've read on the forums)
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher multiple times
• Spamming hundreds of requests. This is the method that seems to work for most people, but sadly I'm in excess of 200 requests now with nothing to show for it
• Spamming requests, but waiting an hour in-between trying
• Opening the launcher as administrator
• Giving the launcher temporary special permissions
• Adding manual rerouting protocols to force my POST request to go to a confirmed working email server

I have been a software tester for nearly a decade and I'm out of ideas. My testing instincts tell me the emails just aren't getting sent, which we can do nothing about

BSG are UK incorporated company. UK law requires companies to have a clear and concise complaints process. Having a single support email that doesn't give an automatic receipt response does not fulfil this criteria. I'll give them another week to sort this out.

Does anyone know of a trick to play in a true borderless fashion (like without the black bars)? I have an ultrawide 32:9 monitor, and play in 16:9 only, but no way to have the game only take up the 16:9 space in the middle of the screen, it blocks my desktop with black bars (whereas that's not the case with other FPS I play in the same manner, such as CS2 or Valorant).

i have finlly fixed my FPS drop 😄 it was my GPU fan wasnt working and i was getting 15 fps in game due its was overheating , i unpluggued my GPU did a clean up , and now everything work fine 😄 now the gaem run at 170+ FPS 😄

If you want to remedy Awaiting session start - you can do the very long task of finding the server you're having issues with.
Go manually select servers, and select 2 servers at a time and queue scav, eventually you'll find servers you don't have the bug with
