I keep getting this message every time I try to launch arena. I live in the usa and so at first I owned the USA version of the game and got the same issue even though I launched it in the region I bought in it. So i figured that I could try to upgrade to EU (which is why it's the eu version) since it's worldwide and see if it fixed anything but alas. I don't use a vpn so I'm not sure what's going on. Anyone know how to help?

This issue is also exclusive to Arena, I can launch the base game just fine, USA version, USA region. So that's what's really got me stumped

apart form the e-mail thing is annyone experiencing heavy stutters/lag spikes? not just micro stutters i get drops to 2-3 fps where it almost freezes and after 1 second it moves normally again, walk 10 meters and repeat.

dude, the launcher only asks for main email verification. You cannot get a 2fA code from an authentication app on a backup email. doesn’t matter what you set up on the account for other 2fa codes. this is an issue strictly with the verification code emails not being sent through properly. all other types of email from bsg work fine. people simply want some acknowledgment that they’re aware and working on a fix

Hello, is anyone experiencing problems with the progression of quests? like for me i had a bug in the quests. Firstly, in the quest "Friend from the West" with Skier, there seems to be a bug preventing the progression from being recorded correctly. I just turned in 7 dogtags and completed a USEC kill, but after some time, I noticed that the progression changed from 7 dogtags turned in and 1 kill to 0 kills and 6 dogtags turned in.

Secondly, in Jaeger's quest "Acquaintance," I also encountered an issue. After turning in the 3 Iskra and 2 cans of beef, I found the packs of noodles. However, when I tried to turn them in, I realized that the progression for the other two items was not properly recorded. The progression changed from 3 Iskra turned in, 0 noodles turned in, and 2 cans of beef turned in to 0 Iskra turned in, 0 noodles turned in, and 0 cans of beef turned in.
