I don't know about that, but many are able to change password, despite not getting auth emails. I've seen another theory, that has something to do with what triggers the email getting send is not working properly, so it's basically sending duds. And I think it thinks it works fine, so we are sending through the same IP, which explains why ours is fcked, whereas if you create a new account it works fine

The client could not be working because of many different computer or internet related issues, whereas the website is isolated to being a BSG problem

To my knowledge, this is an issue relating to the filtering of emails going through Microsoft services like Outlook, and Hotmail. They automatically block anything from most BSG associated addresses. This could be fixed by BSG contacting Microsoft in order to resolve this, however, this clearly hasn't been done for almost 3 years now. So basically we are all going to probably have to wait weeks to play the game we paid for lmao.

It is. I even stated in my post above MOST email addresses. For whatever reason, whether it be about the current state of the country BSG is located in and its' neighbor, Microsoft is blocking a lot of addresses from that region automatically.
On multiple Microsoft support articles that I have read, from Microsoft employees, this can be easily resolved. BSG has to reach out to them to get un-blacklisted, however, that has yet to be done. Take this with a grain of salt though, this is just what I read from a Microsoft employee.

BSG has acknowledged these issues, the EFT forums have "blue posts" on fixes for it, and its even on their support questions (Mind you the support questions just sends you to a 403/404 page with a light bulb) So they have known its a well documented problem, its seems to just spike at times, but EFT doesn't comment on stuff often it seems, they just have a different style of handling problems and don't release all the details as the NA market has grown to demand.

I am in no way happy with it, but what am I gonna do. Bitch about it until I get kicked from Discord and have no resolution?

yep. my BACKUP email is gmail and when logging into the website, it sends me a code 100% of the time instantly if i select the backup email as a login. however my primary is hotmail, and the launcher only lets you enter a verification code sent from your primary email. so i’m screwed until this is updated
