For anyone having issues actually installing the game, both EFT and Arena, the only thing that allowed my game to start downloading is if I made a folder on my Desktop, in my case called Temp, and then installed it there. I think moved it to the BSG Arena folder and then selected that as the new path. Good Luck

I FOUND THE FIX FOR NO INSTALL! For some reason the tarkey launcher made file locations for C:/Battlestate Games/Escape from Tarkov Arena but you want to change the install location to C:/Program Files (x86)/Escape From Tarkov Arena. You will need to create that folder in the Program Files (x86) but its downloading like normal.

For anyone having 300+ ping troubles in arena, you can't fix it unless you have a certain paid vpn to be able to at least "play" in matches. I tried using 2 different ISP and mobile data to try to get decent ping, still no success. Now i am blocked from playing arena for certain amount of time. Hello! Currently the launcher seems to be having some issues, here's two ways I've managed to fix it

1. Disable auto updates, and then close the launcher via task manager
2. Spam install a ton, then close the launcher via task manager and it may let you update after that

If the launcher says Europe for both tarkov and arena, you have to be on a vpn.
