I have a problem, long lasting, its not something that I cant play eft, but its annoying af. My distant textures are flickering. I am talking and analyzing the BSG servers behavior since this last reset trying to understand what's going in and for example: I am in South EU, I am a normal internet ADSL+ it's quite stable, no issue at all with RELEASED games. After setting auto with this alpha testing software which EFT is, I noticed some better results compared to selectn myself the server. And sure also playing in co-op helps.

What the server system does and matching feels a bit "primitive",slow, not transparent, not clear... At 4 am I played a game I went in Interchange, and right in it my ping was already 280 and raised to 2000 then around 400.. and I could not move so I was kicked with all my good gear (this is why you see some chads with 30+ level now and some with below 20... because it's just a farse... not counting other issues)

What happened is that I tried to reconnect and after that it went well, on first reconnection (this is once on several where instead I am kept being "rejected" as bad connection ESPECIALLY when SCAV I lost 20 of them)... It seems like some people from abroad where put in in my server.

What I suggest is just not putting bad apples into servers. Do not put ppl with rat computers, do not put ppl with VPN, do not send us to USA when we set AUTO and you see our connection is EU... because that is what happens I believe sometimes. Just for matching purposes.

"BECAUSE THE GAME MUST HAVE PvP".. hell no, if you can't as BSG afford the PVP, limit the number of Players (UNFORTUANTELY) and allow players to have an easy life I mean SOMETIMES, not always.
Sure the game will be easier for them possibly, I admit that.
But you can't throw ppl with VPN in a 10+ players servers when your servers SW and so on like net code and other client things exploits that ppl I believe use are trash.

Sometimes I get kicked after killing players or after players die in the match... it's just not ok.. it's like a "Gods given death" not merit based! This strenghtens the pay to win flavor.

I have been thinking that the loop of leak memory that does problem in tarkov it's not a load loop from disk to ram by the processor(CPU), so literally the ram it's getting flooded by random info. May be you should search in the loops that doesn't load the game, looks like a loop of generation of something, reason why the entire game inside the ram persists with the leak.

Upgraded ram from 16gb to 32gb and getting frequent crashes and BSOD with EFT. Only this game is experiencing such failures, every other game i play has zero problems. I've stress tested my ram, GPU and CPU and the only error im getting is verification of microsoft basic render driver failed but everything else is good. I have also reset BIOS to default. All drivers are up to date (according to NVIDIA and AMD) Windows has all available updates installed. Didn't experience any crashes or BSOD before upgrading the ram but all tests regarding the ram are coming up as fine and dandy. My specs are NVIDIA 4070, AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics, 32GB ram, Windows 11. Does anyone have any ideas or is EFT and its memory leak to blame?

Waited 6.30 minutes to match in Lighthouse as a scav as the game gives me with Fence a quest to escape 5 times from there.
Just ridicolous waiting 7 minutes to play.. I just dropped it. They can't run this it's quite clear. Lock maps if they do not work. So at least people are matched in a smaller number of maps.

First Problem, Mic frequently cutting out and unable to use(USB Blue Snowball)

Second Problem, Occasionally sound becomes tin canny, clicking "test" under windows sound options provides zero sound distortion, but discord audio is extremely low and EFT sounds like im playing through a tin can.(Aux Jack audio technica headphones, Occurs with sound card that I purchased thinking my MOBO ports may have been going bad.)

Solution for first problem

1. Going to windows settings
2. Selecting my microphone
3. Clicking "Dont Allow" for allowing apps to control device
4. Clicking "Allow" for allowing apps to control device
5. Reselect Microphone under Discord settings

100% of the time resolves my issue but it happens non stop when loading into raids, some days more than others.

No real solution besides full PC restart for this.
This issue became a lot less frequent when i disabled full screen optimization.

If anyone is struggling with performance/stutters, then I highly highly recommend enabling XMP for your RAM in BIOS settings. It has changed my performance massively, as my RAM was performing at 2666 instead of 3600mhz.

If you’re not sure whether your RAM is performing as it should, open task manager, go to performance, memory, then in the bottom right it’ll stay what mhz your memory is performing at. If it isn’t what your ram should be, then enable XMP.

This is not the only map this happens.
THis is a reconnect (second stage, but the loading was what there was before and it's the same effect, after "Awaiting for session to start" I get the usual little stutter everyone has and then bam it should go in, instead immediately there is a message for bad connection which is not real.

I get this also in some other maps sometimes like Reserve or else.

I lose the gear of the scav and get bad rep or bad stats. At least code it in a way that you at least get the stuff back or the same gear to be used. (I understand some could exploit this though.. because hackers rats are in any games, people without competition values nor sportmanlike conduct...it's full of this trash)

Sometime this and similar issues happen in PMC raids too. I had my PMC disconnect, sudden connection spikes or also on the scav, especially when a big fight happen or people are looting it's like the server starts to jam.

I think there are too many with VPN and servers had bad software install, issues with Windows update etc.
Surely there are also Geopolitical issues in all this but the main problem is the status of this Alpha testing "game"... the idea is great, execution in some technical parts is very poor.

I like the update and what is coming, hopefully more persistency, more immersive and realistic stuff and cool interaction and emergent gameplay is possible however without this and other things solved those good ideas won't come.

Hey everyone, I've been experiencing Unity crashes after every death in Escape from Tarkov for quite some time now. Occasionally, after a death, my entire PC even gets a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). This issue only occurs with this game. I have the crash dumps from Tarkov, a memory dump from Event Viewer after the BSOD, driver information, and details about my PC itself. I don't have a specific place to upload them if needed, but perhaps there's an easier fix I'm unaware of? Some of the things I've tried are as follows:

Turning off mip streaming. Trying various game crash fixes suggested by EFT. Completely uninstalling graphic drivers and performing a CLEAN (important) installation via AMD or NVIDIA's website. Ensuring that I'm on the latest Windows update. Starting the launcher and game as an administrator. Disabling "Fullscreen optimization" via the game's .exe Properties in the Compatibility tab.

Does anyone have any good settings to help increase my performance. I have a 13900K and a 3070 TI, my temps are barely into the 50s and with just tarkov running I'm getting only 50-60fps on maps like Woods or interchange and nvidia performance says I'm only utilizing 6-10% of my cpu
