Hey guys, for multiple wipes now it seems like running a lot of maps causes me to bluescreen with a service exception error or store exception. Do you guys know what software I can use to try and diagnose exactly what's happening? I'm currently chalking it up to one of three causes (My Laptop: https://www.amazon.com/Dell-G3-3590-Laptop-Generation/dp/B07SHDFKFP but the RAM is upgraded to 16 Gigs)

b) The RAM is overheating
c) The RAM has malfunctioned.

This really only happens with Tarkov so it's not like my computer is inoperable, and tarkov runs pretty smoothly on med settings at 50-60 FPS. It seems like Woods is my most stable map (haven't played factory or streets/lighthouse yet), but the moment I booted up a customs raid I bluescreened 5 minutes into the raid, then 2 more times in 5 minute intervals or so.

Long matching doesn't mean they are down. If you can't find them in server selection then that may mean they are, but i just checked and they seem up.

Best advice is to report that bug through the launcher when it happens. Preferably with the logs so they can take a peek 'under the hood'

You posting the announcement channel is completely irrelevant. These errors are literally because of the update. Either their update servers cannot handle the incoming TCP connections from thousands of players or the update is actually broken.

When loading loot happens, the Windows Audio Service crashes. Open up Computer Management and restart the Windows Audio Service.

I opened a ticket about this 2 years ago and they just closed it stating the issue is only my computer 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah, the easiest way is to restart the Windows Audio Service. I used ProcMon and saw that Tarkov for some reason accessed it and it crashes.

It started with my wireless headphones so I ended up buying wired and started happening on them too. Then I went into investigation mode since I work in IT and found the cause.

they also broke the USA servers and refuse to say they did anything and they keep telling everyone its because theres to many people trying to scav... however if you can run on korea or japan servers the issue with taking forever to get a raid doesnt exist

scav queue times are notoriously extra long at the beginning of wipes, the reason you probably can't load lighthouse is because a lot of people are trying to scav it and not many PMCS are playing it.

I do agree with Orpheus said but i think there is still an issue with scav raiding. I havnt been able to do one scav raid since wipe. I thought the same cause i like to scav reserve and slot of people aren’t playing it. But i have since only tried to scav factory and i can’t get a raid at all.
