If you click logout from the launcher, it should send a logout command to BSGs server. Uninstalling doesn't do that, it just removes the local files on your workstation.

The troubleshooter page for this error says to contact BSG in a bug report but the problem is cause by either a total lack of IPV6 or you have a dual stack lite connection, which both connection types have issues with Tarkov. You will need IPV6 and regular dual stack to play without this error.

Open Network and Sharing Center, choose Ethernet > Properties, and ensure that the IPv6 protocol is selected.

If it is, and your result is not detected, that is your problem. You will need to contact your ISP and ask for ipv6 support and also speficially "regular dual stack connection" not dual stack lite.

If you just ask for ipv6 they may give you ipv6 but dual stack lite, which also has this problem on tarkov.

So you need both.

A VPN that supports dual stack may be a temporary solution.

Namely, if you enter this room (security room) located on Streets of Tarkov in the Concordia Garage with black legs, arms, stomach, or chest and try surgery, the animation will work, but the treatment will fail. CMS will be used but without success. This happened to me as a PMC and my friends even though they were there on other days as well

That button is only used if you're not using the launcher to download the game.

Hello all, I have been off of Tarkov for around a year and am looking to play some more again. Whenever I try and launch my game, it loads and I get about 30 seconds of access/menuing ability before my game freezes and closes on itself. When I check task manager, I cannot close the game, and when I re-open the launcher, it says the game is already running. Shortly after, any remaining applications I have open freeze themselves and I have to do a hard power off on my PC. I have done everything from the trivial game crashes and fixes website, I've done a fresh install of the game, redownloaded drivers, the whole shebang. With your setup you will be cpu-locked, so you can turn graphics settings all the way up pretty much and probably still wont get 100% load on the 4080, assuming you're playing on 1440p or less, cant speak for higher res. If you want my exact settings I can send them to you, but it doesnt really matter that much with your gpu, just use whatever looks best really.
(Source: I have a 4080 + ryzen 9 7950x3D, graphics all the way up on 1440p and still dont reach 100% gpu load)

The problem is likely either a lack of ipv6 from your internet service provider (you can check for this at whatismyipaddress.com or other sites like that - if it says "not detected") or you are on a dual stack lite connection (which means you have a shared ipv4 address but a unique ipv6 address. This is hard to know if you have because you can't tell.) The tarkov servers require a regular dual stack connection which means you have a unique ipv4 and ipv6 address.

If either of these is the cause you will need to either turn on ipv6 on your machine locally (might help, might not, seen many results) or you must contact your isp to get either ipv6 support or dual stack regular connection and not dual stack lite. If you lack IPV6 and contact your ISP about that also ask for regular dual stack because they may just give you IPV6 but dual stack lite, which has the same issues.

Since the file for the game uninstall is missing either you must reinstall it to that location and uninstall it or delete the entry from the control panel uninstall tool.

If you try to uninstall it from that control panel it should ask to delete

Otherwise, the space it says it's taking up is not correct.

Cuz tarkov has a problem with underutilizing high end gpus (30-series upwards). Try to put textures to high so the gpu gets pushed more

we've tried switching our servers to all USA and specific USA servers. when we invite to party via the party thing in the main menu it lets us into the party, but doesnt give the notification that the game is ready for my friend. doesn't matter who does it, same result. We cannot invite each other via the ready up screen. It says both of us are already in a group (neither of us are in a group when we invite each other).

For the Audio bug, you can see that Tarkov accesses windows Audio service and causes it to crash using procmon

As for the FPS issues, I've reinstalled Windows and the FPS consistently drops when rendering scavs after the 1 minute mark in offline raids

Trust me, I've done everything to fix these issues. They have the videos and logs, that's why it would be nice to see what they fixed.
