Can you go to Start (in Windows) > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

It may sound weird but windows defender is never really off. White list the folders and reboot and either repair one more time or fully reinstall.

Excluding the folders turns it off for that folder

This is common that windows defender is messing with a file or quarantining it and causing this corrupt game

Hello guys.I am writing about an issue that has been around since patch 0.12 and 0.13.It's an issue with microphone detection when loading into a raid.When the game is loading,the microphone disconnects in the Discord app.You just can't hear what I'm saying.I already told you that this is not the fault of Discord or my computer.I'm not the only one having this problem. I play on a high end gaming laptop and use an external monitor paired with my laptop screen to have a dual monitor setup (The external monitor 165hz is my main monitor - and the 165hz laptop screen is my secondry), I decided to play it side by side and it appears to my eye that I was correct - the 80 fps on my external monitor is not actually 80 fps, as I can visibly notice that it is not as smooth and responsive as the gameplay on my laptop monitor - which is true ~80fps
This is only the case for Tarkov... No others games that Ive played have I experienced this
Any help much appreciated - loving the game so far but its kinda a dealbreaker

The 403 error is another issue completely, if you can't view the website you will need to email support with your ipv4 and ipv6 address to get unblocked, and you can probably also say you are not getting emails to your email and they can fix that as well.

operating system files and graphics driver files are on C. Since it is a mechanical disk there is not much you can do for this problem. I would reinstall the os on the ssd as C.

tarkov crashed with both the page file on and off. I tried to set the paging file value to 20000 mb and tried the minimum value 16000 and the maximum 25000. I have 16 GB of RAM

Could also be RAM overclocking instability or RAM at maximum capacity.

• Close background applications that eat ram, increase your pagefile sizes to 16000 minimum and 25000 maximum

Other things to try

• Try and reset your BIOS - Overclocking ram can be an issue.
• Disable CCleaner (Only if applicable)
• Reset default settings Nvidia for Tarkov (Only if applicable)
• Uninstall Avast anti (Only if applicable)

If you have problems downloading/installing the update/game :

We suggest the following workaround. It will allow you to install without using the launcher directly.

Once downloaded, please extract it where you want the game to be installed, for example : D:\Games\EFT\EscapeFromTarkov.exe

After that, in the launcher you can specify the path to the directory with the game, in this example you will need to specify the directory D:\Games\EFT.

Using this method, you will have installed the game manually.
If you have any problems doing so, or any question, please open a request in the launcher - bug report section.
While moderators can assist, they do not have all the tools and knowledge to do it in the best of ways here on discord.

Quick test on interchange; into raid fine, quite a lot of stutters even though fps was a steady 90. Sound was much improved. Extracted then hear the tarkov/end of raid music even though I have it turned off. Clicked settings to check it hadn't been changed by the update and suddenly the music cut off.

The only other causes for this are a slow pc (which if it worked well the in the past ignore this one) and second, a problem with your connection type.

With the connection type problem there are 2 distinct direct causes, one is something you can check.

1. Lack of IPV6 address from your ISP. (see whatismyipaddress.com or other websites like that to check)

2. You are on a dual stack lite connection. Tarkov requires dual stack (not dual stack lite).

I lost all items found in raid prior to the maintenance window. I ran a scav raid in Lighthouse and extracted before the maintenance window started. The game then errored out and did not allow me to move the items over from the scav to my stash.

Hi, Having 2 issues. One is my game is constantly dropping frames even tho being on the lowest settings and im running it with a quite high end pc. Second im struggling with like spotting enemies close and far range idk how i can like improve at catching sight of them cuz my friend saw someone and it took me a good 15 seconds to finally notice them after they had moved a little bit

If you have a high end gpu, try to set some settings to high instead of low (ig some other people here or in the internet can tell you which exactly), for some people that already improved fps

im pretty sure i had the same issue. why it was happening to me was because i had like 1gb left of the drive tarkov was installed on. make sure you have at least 20gb i think is recommended and see if that fixes. i freed up 100gb and it fixed

Yeah I just had a supper wierd experience as well, extracted to a black screen stuck in disconnect/reconect loop. Finnaly tried to intentionally leave raid and It gave me the loot I had from like halfway through the raid.

I was just killed in raid. Now I see this black screen with the beta version number in the corner BUT I can still hear what is going on ingame.
